The Charles is the epitome of Unreasonable Hospitality! The service and food were both exceptional, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Our server, Tori, was incredibly amazing, and the entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed the 'Trust Us' menu with 'Trust Us" wine pairing. Every dish was delicious with tasty surprises. All the servers, especially Shelby, were knowledgable, cheerful, and attentive. We look forward to our next visit! (We were celebrating an anniversary, and starting with Jay, the valet, we were warmly greeted by everyone, and all wished us a happy anniversary! It was a special evening.)
I had a wonderful time sitting at the bar solo.. The bar team of David , Johnathan, and Luis was a well oiled machine and made you feel like family. 10/10 recommend sitting at the bar with them. From making expert recommendations on the food to expertly mixed drinks all while with humor and a smile. This team does it all.
