This was my first time eating at The Cheesecake Factory and I loved it!! We went on a Monday night so the crowd was minimal. We were sat at a nice large booth, very spacious for the five adults in our party. Our waitress was wonderful and took great care of us. The food was amazing! I can’t wait to go back for dinner one night, hopefully soon. Of course we had some cheesecake. We all tried different flavors and they were all so delicious! The menu has a wide variety of food to choose from and the cheesecake is the perfect ending to the perfect meal.

Table of 5. Server was absolutely horrible. Had to ask another server for assistance. When the check was provided, it took the server over 15 minutes to pick it up to run my card. My card was run for a different amount than the check said and it was explained as "we missed something that you ordered and had to add it" The manager didn't seem to be concerned about the horrible service and didn't offer any type of consolation for the horrible experience. This is unacceptable in the SERVICE industry.

We went for a late lunch to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. We had the sweetest waitress! Junae made our baby boys first birthday very special! She took the time to really make sure we were taken care of and to make that baby smile! This young lady brought him out a little lit candle and all! Such a sweet and thoughtful young lady? Thank you Junae! This young lady deserves a big raise for going above and beyond 🤍

Amazing food, fresh, great quality, lots of options and freshly made. This is very rare in US but thank for it’s a chain so you know its consistent quality. They all look the same but they’re cozy. Staff is always very attentive and nice. I recommend the chicken Madeira, fettuccine Alfredo and the crab cake bowls. Funny enough the pasta here is better than many other pasta restaurants.

I feel generous with the 3 stars here, the food was unfortunately just not good for how expensive everything was. If you want decent food I would go to a local restaurant, even for chain restaurants this just wasn’t great. The service was subpar, but it was a busy night so I understand that. The redeeming factor that gave it an extra star was the Oreo cheesecake which was delicious! Would only go back for a slice of cheesecake!
