I ordered my meal online with them giving an estimate that it would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived at the time they stated it would be ready, and it was not ready. I received the order after waiting 15 minutes and it was incorrect. The gentleman at the register brought me my order, handed it to me with no thank you, please come again or apology for the wait. The food was just okay. My first and last time going.

There is a sign that warns you that the food is cooked to order. However, 45-50 minutes for 4 pc fried chicken is NEVER worth it, especially when there was only 2 orders ahead of you. I waited 15-20 min in the establishment and then went to my car to wait. I noticed 5 people ordered behind me, and all 5 received their orders and left not including the 2 ahead of me who also received their orders. I came in to check on my order when I was advised that they had to thaw the chicken for a while before cooking it. And I still didn’t receive my food for another 10 minutes. It would’ve been nice to have known this before paying for my food or even informing me when YOU knew you had to thaw the meat out. I would’ve gladly gone elsewhere. I knew I should’ve left when I pulled up and 4-5 officers was there for a dispute this establishment had going on with the workers. But, NEVER again! The communication, price and service is not worth it. Food isn’t bad, but definitely isn’t worth me spending more time or money.

The food was not good very bland dressing sweet gravy taste packaged and it was high i dont feel what i got was worth the amount spent and the wait was very long aswell i wont be going back i spent over 60 dollars for 2 meals it all went to waist because we didnt like it

Soul food supposed to melt in your mouth this didn't you had to add seasoning to it and the dressing tasted like it was made with jiffy cornbread sweet and textured wasn't good, The collar greesn were bland but the price was good but that's not how down home soul food should taste. Oh the green beans were ok. I also like jelled cranberry but the whole cranberry was ok but I prefer jelled. I am sorry but it's a no for me to return.

Stop looking. You're missing out. I'm serious, everything on the menu is amazing. The catfish taught me I like catfish, the meat loaf is flavorful and soft, and the corn bread is the perfect mix of crumbly without grit and soft without squish. I normally dislike all these things and I was shown I just hadn't had a good one yet.
If you're looking at another place for food just get this. Totally worth it. Anything with the brown gravy is a win, the corn bread and mac n cheese are top tier, and the Catfish Filet is amazing.
Did I mention the portions are huge?
