Waited one hour for one sandwich. ONE HOUR. Not a special alien sandwich, just a chicken salad sandwich. A 5 by 4 inch chicken salad sandwich. To add, it says "Less busy than usual" on Google maps. There was no big line, no crowd of people. I ordered pretty quickly, and from that point, I waited one full hour for a regular 5 by 4 inch chicken salad sandwich. Never again... If you're in a rush save yourself the anxiety

Excellent service with friendly and understanding staff gets them a second star… but both me and my girlfriend are unable to drink this coffee. The machine is in desperate need of calibration, it pulled shots that taste much more like water than coffee. The iced coffee is unbalanced and tastes more like ice than coffee.

We got in as the place was closing. Before I placed my order I asked if we would be able to sit down and eat and was assured that we would. When we received our order we were asked to leave. I would not have placed an order if I had known that we would not be allowed to dine in. We were quite far from home so that made it difficult. I don’t recommend this place. Customer service is awful.

Great local sandwich spot & bakery I never knew it was here. They also have some vegetarian sandwich options and pasta. More would be good tho.

Corner marker sausage breakfast burrito might be the best breakfast burrito in Dallas! They also have excellent flowers you can buy while you wait. This place is spectacular!

I really like this place. Stoped by for a quick meal.
They warmed me up a veggie, cheese, and egg burrito. And it was delicious!

I came in just to get some munchies. I’m deaf so I used text typed format to communicate. He jumped right into it as if he knew what to do. I appreciated the friendly staff. Quick and courteous. The cafe will give you a nostalgic feel if you in the mood. Plus those wonderful staff are informational. You get good tips what goes around there.

Great choice of salads, hot and cold sandwiches plus heaps more. Very accommodating to my requests and very friendly. For me I’d like the coffee a bit hotter and will ask extra hot next visit

Flies in the iced coffee I’m sick to my stomach
A perfect cafe for lower Greenville. Surprised it’s not more packed, prices are great and so are the food/coffee. All day Breakfast burritos are one of my favorites in Dallas. Dog friendly and attached to a flower shop. What more could you want?

Great drip coffee. Their McMillan sandwich is amazing
Great spot in the neighborhood. Can’t go wrong with any of the pasta salads or sandwiches.
