The Crab Station- Deep Ellum

Was in town visiting a friend and they wanted seafood. I will say I was impressed. The food was good as well as the service.

Isaiah was wonderful. Make sure you go show him some love he definitely take care of you. Went above and beyond. Yay I love him. 10/10 highly recommend. I definitely be back.

We came here and got crappy service. The bartender had a blunt behind his ear, abandoned his job, and left us waiting about an hour for drinks by going outside on multiple occasions. After I noticed how quickly we were rung up but left waiting for so long with no food/drinks, I asked to cancel the order. This is the way they represent this establishment and I will NOT be returning.

Server is conniving and will have you add tip as if the tip wasn't already included. He did this to our entire party acting as if he didn't know tip was already included. He brought the mobile checkout machine to us for checkout and instantly showed us a tip screen. Once we hit the tip amount he walked away. We didn't the see the total or even sign. Still waiting to see if he refunded us the extra tip. Won't be going back even though the food was decent. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I’m from Louisiana so it’s been hard to find a place that does authentic seafood boils that taste like home. The moment I tasted the food here I felt like I was back in New Orleans during Mardi gras. Give this place a try y’all, definitely worth it!

Beware....they don’t devein their shrimp. They only “take the head off” per the waiter. The crab cakes were just okay, a lot of breading with minimal crab, although you do get 5 which is great.

First off my family and I stopped by this place Saturday night. We were seated and sat there a good 20 minutes before anyone came to us and asked for drinks. When I finally ordered our drinks we sat there another 15 minutes and we never gotten our drinks or our order taken. So we walked out and left very unprofessional.

We came here on a visit to Dallas. The atmosphere is great, cool decor, full bar, etc. The cleanliness is not there, as the splatter from sea food boils was all over the walls. I mean ALL OVER. This was a little unsettling. The food was really good! The crab was a little fishy, but the flavor, and the other items in the boil were absolutely delicious. The server would give us a "thumbs up" from the bar to see how we were doing. I do not believe our drinks were refilled once. Overall, I would return off the basis of a good sea food boil. It was super slow, so maybe the staff was relaxed, but I felt it was hard to tip from the lack of service.

I placed an uber eats order for a bday party and waited two hours only for the owner to cancel my order! Leaving me without food and money still not returned to my account! Uber is usually good at refunding quickly but $64+ is still on hold for no reason and I had to spend $50 more to get food from somewhere else completely screwing up plans and making be loose money! If there was an issue why let me order and take my money? Why not block anyone from ordering?
