The staff was attentive and very welcoming. The Wednesday wing special was perfect with well seasoned flavor options. The bar was lacking craft beer options and a quality gin option (they only had well). I would definitely return and recommend.

I got this shrimp grits and greens. The shrimp and grits were really good. The greens I didn't like so much. My friend got fish fries and shrimp. That was delicious too. We will be back

Went for brunch one day...really impressed. Decided to go back for the "old school hip hop and r&b" night. Patting me down at the door? Trap music? RSVP 'ing thru Eventbrite then being told that I couldn't sit at a table but had to sit at the bar? Very disappointed. But the bar staff is incredible.

We booked a reservation for 2 for a brunch on Sunday to eat on the patio. We waited 40 minutes to be seated inside the restaurant and then we were sat at one small table with 2 chairs on the same side with barely enough room for us. They corrected their error and moved us to the patio. We ordered two orders of the chicken and waffles at 12:50pm, we didn’t receive our food until 2:56pm. The chicken was great but my the waffle was very cakey and sweet. Then after about 3 hours of waiting combined, they only offered to comp our meal at 30%. The amount of time I waited, I could have went home, cooked my self some chicken and waffles, took a nap, , showered, come back and my food still wouldn’t have been done. I do not recommend.

Service was horrible. Waited 45mins. I had reservations and 2 walk ins for sure I knew abt received their food before ours. Then the food was different from the last time I was there. Waitress told me it was a chef. What bothered me the most,as I was leaving they leave the door open from the kitchen and I just saw a bunch of people just standing around the plates of food just seating.We Have to DO BETTER

After being seated 30 minutes had to ask for a waiter/waitress to even get water!! Had to remind waiter about ordered drinks, ordered Red Velvet waffels that were instead pink. Chicken came out with strings from a towel on it after waiting another 45 minutes! Drinks ordered never came. Total disappointment!!

Horrible Experience!!! 1st time in, service was horrible. My family and I sat for 10 minutes and ordered our food. 45 minutes later we still did not receive our food and watched several people around us come in after us and get their food. An hour and a half goes by and we are pissed. 1 order of food comes out and its cold. Not sure the big fuss is with this place. They serve over priced drinks in plastic cups.

Service - they don't know how to handle a crowd of reservation. Our reservation was at 2, everyone was here. We didn't get seated until 2:30 and they took drink and food order at that time. We didn't get our drinks until 3 and we still waiting on food. It's now 3:58 and we still haven't received our food.

The people a few tables down from us received food before we did. I believe they may have been a little short-staffed. The food was okay.
