There’s a dress code per se according to the website but I was surprised patrons weren’t dressed more for High Tea. Men do not have to wear a sports coat/jacket and dress shirts can be short sleeve. The service is impeccable. I’m lactose intolerant and was given items specifically for my dietary restrictions which were delightfully delicious. The lighting is spacious and bright with views overlooking the AT&T plaza.

The food was good but sparse as somethings we more appealing to my palate than others. The atmosphere/ambiance is incredibly beautiful. However, this is too expensive for what you receive. I expected to have a choice of teas. There were only 2. I expected to have our finger sandwiches replenished...nope one per person. Having gone to several teas both in US and abroad, this was a very skimpy tea for the price. We were underwhelmed.

We experienced the tradition of English tea time with the concept of French and British pastries paired with special Japanese teas in April. I guess the concept and menu change periodically. We went to the Cherry Blossom concept.🌸 Everything was avesome! It is a very stylish place where you can stop and calm down. Each recipe on the menu has been carefully selected and prepared. Both your eyes and your heart are full of beauties. 💕 Thanks for the quality service.✨

The French room has nice Versailles style ambiance and the wait staff was really nice and made my Mother’s Day outing really special. The teas are really good especially the second one they serve with sugar and creme. The peanut butter and jelly wasn’t really my thing or my daughters but we really enjoyed the other ones they served. I especially liked the egg one and the cucumber one with Brie cheese. Definitely a special place to bring loved ones for a special occasion. The price didn’t seem outrageous either for the service and experience you get. Pretty reasonable and they even have valet which was super helpful as we were in a rush.

Food is just not done right. We were sorely disappointed. Being the Adolphus we thought this would be good, sadly not at all. The entree ravioli was delivered cold, the steak was fatty and inedible. From sitting down to dessert it was just not worth the experience of eating in the French room bar. Sad to say. Have drinks, yes. Do the dinner, no. Service was very sporadic as well.

We had a fantastic tea for Easter Sunday. Bruce was so kind as he showed us to our table and Carlos was kind, knowledgeable, and so much fun! Food and beverage was delicious and the live harpist was beautiful. Truly a fabulous first visit!

We hadn’t been to the French Room since they served a full dinner menu before the renovation. We enjoyed the new look and it was just as beautiful and elegant as we remembered.
