Visited for the afternoon tea. While everything was tasty and the ballroom decor was elegant, the price is simply too high for the amount of food that you get. We enjoyed the experience but will not be coming back unless they adjust their prices.

Our group came in for High Tea. Overall the experience was great, most of the group has been to a High Tea in other cities. This was my first experience, and I enjoyed it.

The Tea was good, although my fiance mentioned one of the teas tasted a little over-burnt. The various coursed snacks were delicious. They were brought out for our group with one of each snack per person on a tiered tray. We also got an additional bottle of bubbles and a cocktail.

It's best to attend outside of Graduation and the entry of Summer vacations if you are not interested in seeing so many adolescents and better seats. Otherwise do expect large parties mostly composed of girls 12 to 25 and their middle aged mothers. Probably best during the week vs weekend brunch. The service however is not lacking and clearly professional and nonetheless attentive.
