First visit, love the atmosphere. The smoothie tasted average, expected richer quality due to the ingredients. Staff was nice, would return to try another smoothie, they have interesting flavors.

I'm completely obsessed with their hummus with jalapeño pesto. Anytime I'm near a location I try to pop in and grab some with their delicious pita chips. I try to be healthy especially when I grab things on a go and this is a great option. My favorite drink is the Tahitian pearl- it reminds me of a delicious chocolate shake without all the bad stuff. :) I wish they were open on the weekends!!!

Cute place shots are delicious and resonably priced. Their housemade cashew milk is very good! However, the coffee is very weak and taste like water. Would definitely not recommend any coffee based drink.

The jalapeño hummus is exceptional... the fact that you now have to buy a bag of crackers or veggies separate from the hummus is ridiculous!! Why would a snack size hummus come with zero accoutrements?? Like, not even a carrot stick? I had a taste for The Gem hummus today, drove out of my way for the tasty snack only to discover its now a build your own situation! It used to come with a few veggie sticks and tasty crackers, now it's each sold separately. Talk about disappointed! I ended up paying $17 for hummus. I could have and should have just stopped at a restaurant, at least I know my order would've come with pita at no additional cost! Needles to say, this was my last time having this scrumptious, healthy treat on the go! I'm not one to tell anyone how to run their business, but the decision to sell individual sized hummus as a stand-alone item, deserves a serious second thought.

This has nothing to do with the food/drinks but everything to do with the service. I've been here many times and the way I was treated today was awful. (Note:The woman who made one of my drinks was kind and answered my questions) however the other lady was incredibly rude when it wasn't necessary. Her attitude was palpable. I get people have bad days but this was unacceptable. There are many places to get juices and smoothies in the city so it really comes down to value. Value of the product and value in how ones treated as a customer.

The Gem is amazing! From the juices and smoothies (the Crown Jewel is my favorite) to the MVP soup, oatmeal and Elevated Coffee. I love it all! I found the Gem when I was making a lot of eating changes for my health. I love everything I get, and I swear by the immunity shots when I feel a cold coming.

Unfortunately I don't think I'm gonna get a fresh juice here anymore. They use tap water in between juices, it's filtered, but I don't even drink filtered tap and the woman allowed almost an inch of water in my juice glass before juicing the veggies. I understand you're busy, but I don't want to pay 9 bucks for filtered tap water mixed with juice. Over it. During the pandemic they were absolutely crazy about masks even though I was medically exempt, and I'll never forget how that made me feel. Happy to try other places now. Also, she didn't filter my juice so I'm currently chewing it. Fun times ?

Was not greeted at all upon entry. Even as I was at the counter the young gentleman was just looking at me. Not rude but not warm either. I think the owners were there they were nice though. I have a well balanced diet already. I had the 24karat magic and a separate shot of the beet/lemon. The expiration date for the shot was 10/16 the date I ordered and consumed the shot and drink was 10/15. I immediately drank both and shortly felt my stomach didn’t respond well. The next morning I am experiencing the worst diarrhea ever. All day multiple trips to the bathroom. My stomach is making the loudest noises ever. It’s currently the middle of the night the next day and the noises from my stomach literally woke me up. Very embarrassing. I don’t think putting the drinks on ice or refrigerating the drinks is a good idea. These drinks should be made fresh only. I really wanted to like this place but this stomach experience is horrible.

GREEN GLOW This is an excellent name for this blend. It is refreshing & light while still very satisfying to the tastebuds & satiating. 9.5/10. INGREDIENTS: Cucumber, apple, kale, lemon, & ginger. x RAW COLLARD WRAPS These bites of vitality boosting fuel are appealing to me because they are not dry in any way at all. They are high quality food gone convenience. A full flavorful meal in a few bites. I did end up dipping these in the spicy vegan ranch dip because flavor on flavor is my food fetish. 9.7/10. INGREDIENTS: Carrot, red cabbage, collard green, basil, parsley, jalapeño, apple cider vinegar, walnut, miso, lemon, garlic, & ginger. x KALE SALAD This salad I bought to pair w/ the hummus & jalapeño pesto. I did try it on it's own & I found it to be a nice simple side salad but not exactly what I was looking for. When the combo I invented, became one, this salad was upgraded to what it always wished it would be, in my opinion. This filled me up as full meal. Alone: 7/10. Paired: 9.5/10. INGREDIENTS: Lacinto kale, green apple, pistachio, dijon mustard, maple syrup, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, & sea salt. x HUMMUS & JALAPEÑO PESTO The hummus was fresh & fluffy but it did need the spicy kick of the pesto as well to keep me interested. I loved the option of having both available together. 9/10. I also purchased a separate full-size pesto as well. It is full of spicy heat & it was a nice addition to the raw falafel salad. Pesto itself: 7/10. xx INGREDIENTS: Hummus - Garbanzo beans, lemon, tahini, garlic & sea salt. Pesto - Jalapeños, cilantro, green onion, lemon, pine nuts, sea salt, & pepper. xx

Okay! So this is primarily a juice bar and it looks and feels like exactly that. On my recent visit, high energy music was blazing and high-energy employees enthusiastically greeted me on arrival. There's a colorful blue wall covered in a word cloud of words related to health and positivity, and plenty of comfy chairs with a few bar height tables as well. They had a table of extra treats and sundries for sale including treats for your pets and items infused with CDB. I think they offer a kale salad as well. I probably should have tried one of the juices! I came for the Elevated Coffee and it was an experience. They add a coconut butter which gives this coffee such a rich and smooth taste and it feels incredibly filling as well! Next time I come I'll be sure to try the Turmeric Latte - it sounds delicious.
