Why arent your cashiers educated on what vegan is? I find it abysmal that when asking to confirm if an item is vegan in a health food juice bar that the people that work there dont even know the ingredients in their own food. I literally asked the cashier if the food was vegan and she looked at me like I had 3 heads and was completely clueless. I have tried almost everything on the menu and everything is fresh and tasty. The are hardcore with zero added sugar, no dairy in the store! I love their WFPB mission with definitions on the wall of what foods help what diseases. Try the Rose y Beet Latte!
