If you dont serve the public then post that on your google location and website. It is completely unacceptable to look at someone like they are an insect and talk down to them. I had just finished a round of golf and was having a business lunch with a colleague. I am unsure as to what the nose in the air attitude was about but you turned away business that is very influential. Do better, although I don’t expect you will.
