We've been in Hollywood Heights since 2004. We frequented the Heights. Kevin made us feel so special it filled us with joy and laughter. His absence is intolerable to us and we will not be returning.
Looks like many fellow neighbors and costumers miss your long time waiter, Kevin. He built relationships with the community and was a big reason many of us made the Heights our monthly restaurant destination. He will be greatly missed.
I’ve been to the heights dozens of times. It is a staple here in Lakewood . The servers and staff are all kind and attentive. Even though it gets crowded, the environment is consistently relaxed. My concern lies in the chicken wings. I order them almost every visit; they are the best wings I’ve ever tried. And I’ve eaten many a wing. To quote my partner “how many chickens have died for you?”. They use(d) jumbo wings that provided the perfect ratio of crispy + juicy. The current wings aren’t bad, but they aren’t great either. When I was served the new wings earlier this week, they appeared sad and meager, a diminutive match for their predecessor. I hope this is temporary

Been coming for at least 5 years, Food is great. Gave 2 stars and would have given 5, but miss Kevin, who was the best waiter ever, always running super hard above and beyond, had a smile and story. Whoever hires him in the future is going to be one lucky person.

I have been coming here for 10 years now. The food is homemade. Everything is done from scratch. The food is always delicious. The pot roast is my favorite. They have yummy homemade desserts as well. The service is always great. Alex is an awesome bartender. It’s the perfect neighborhood restaurant.

Food wasn’t special, service was horrible. The server didnt even say hi when he got to our table, he just asked if we already knew what we wanted. He dropped off the food and then never came back… had to ask the host to look for him to get my check.

It was 80 degrees in there on Saturday. Too hot to enjoy the experience. The food was adequate for the price, although the potatoes didn't hold their heat in the window.
Waitstaff was attentive and covered for each other, cleaning tables, filling water and coffee. Even the hostess pitched in. If your kid needs a part-time job, they're either hiring right or teacing them right....bravo!
