Me and a group of friends had a lovely evening with great food that unfortunately ended horribly. I went into the restroom where a worker followed me in and knocked on the door repeatedly. I reassured her I was okay where she then made a comment saying “wow do we need to get you an ambulance” when I walked out she proceeded to make very inappropriate comments and mock me and my friend. It is such a shame because I was having a great night and then it was ruined by bad behavior and poor service. I will not be returning and I would suggest you go to a different restaurant because this is the second time I have had inappropriate comments made to me here by servers. The Henry is not good enough to have such bad service. 0/10 and will not be back.

Honestly this place was nice but when we arrived we did not feel welcomed, we sat at a table waiting for service and once we got service most of the food was out. Service took a little long and the food runner literally gave attitude while placing our food down but put the food down respectfully to the table next to us(which was three white customers), Our server was somewhat nice but didn’t seem to care much about us.04-14-24

The parking garage is the problem. Their signs are not clear and so they will boot your car so even if you get your parking ticket validated you will still pay over $50 to the parking garage. So sadly that made my entire visit here not worth it.

Great atmosphere and out server was Fantastic and had the most beautiful eyes. Please forgive me, I've slept a few times since going and can't remember her name but she's short with blonde hair (horrible description, I know) we were on the rooftop if that helps.

This place is a little overpriced for what you get, the salmon dish and a Dallas Blonde, which is brewed within walking distance of this restaurant, in particular. Pretentious is a word that comes to mind with this place. Reminds me of a nicer Chili's before everything was shipped in prepackaged with unsatisfying portions and flavors. Reason for a lower review is a local radio station that I listen to promoted this place, and I was expecting a better product. It was expensive for what I got.

I was very impressed with how the manager handled the situation. He not only apologized sincerely but also took proactive steps to ensure that I left happy. It's clear that he values customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond to make things right when mistakes happen. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future thanks to his excellent customer service.
