I come to this location each time thinking I will have a different outcome. The women that work here have the most nastiest attitudes. I made it there before 8pm and asked to order a Very Very Açaí bowl and the girl told me she’s only making smoothies. As if she didn’t want to do her job! Went back to sweeping and ignored me.

I have came before where if I ask for the bowl to be moderated they get an attitude. This location have bad customer service and it’s a shame because the product is good

Well made smoothies that I would definitely order again. We got the strawberry fields and purple haze which were delicious. Will be coming back.

Bianca and Melissa really made my first experience one causing me to want to come back more. They welcomedUs with a big smile and very educated on all of the products. Of course didn’t like my drink and they made me something different and I’m very pleased! I highly recommend

Very Poor service at this location. I often come by for lunch if I’m in the area and they act like you are begging them to service you. If you are busy tasking , a simple “we will be right you” will suffice. Some sort of acknowledgement or welcome is obviously too much to ask for, especially if you are spending upwards of $9 on any item at any given time.

I’ve been going to the different locations for the last few years and I can say that they have maintained a 5-Star experience over the years. The staff has always been very friendly, the stores are clean, the drinks are flavorful and not watered down, and all the locations represent class and quality. I highly recommend them.

The service was horrific and I have heard a rumor that they are having a rat problem as the highland park location. Would not recommend and plan to stay far away.

Rude staff...dismissive , need training on customer service and appreciation.

For people who have a nut allergy and need detailed info before eating an açaí bowl, this is THE place to go to asap. They take so much care in detailing what goes into each bowl and have as much info as possible for you to make a decision. This is a place that takes allergies very seriously and makes sure to care enough even after serving you. Cannot recommend them enough. Lexli is the best for making sure the order was allergy free. Thank you for folks like her ❤️

Was disappointed in their juices! Also, too expensive for the size of the juice. Ordered a skinny green and they were unable to make it, so had to buy what they had on fridge. Not too happy!

Came to MiCo on a pretty busy night with a big group and ended up having more than our reservation. Scarlett was really awesome and understanding and helped us move to another table that would accommodate all of us! Thanks Scarlett!
