We LOVED our server Kevin. Cocktails, wine, and dinner were fantastic. My sister said that her crabcakes were the best she's ever had and she knows her crabcakes. Filet was perfect! Thank you for a memorable evening!

Visited on National Prime Rib Day, hoping to fill the hole left by the closing of Lawrys. We were impressed that they were actually aware of the holiday, but had a couple of specials to celebrate. The maitre d and most of the wait staff were exceptionally professional. Our server was an odd exception. He handled some things quite well, but completely fumbled or left out other duties (think never offered a second beverage, missing from the floor for extended periods, not describing the specials accurately). Each ordered the two specials. One was not quite as represented, but decent. The other was so overcooked we had to send it back. Fortunately, our waiter immediately offered to replace it with a standard prime rib. Even though it took far too long to be delivered, that move salvaged the visit. The standard prime rib was quite good (still no Yorkshire pudding). We will be back. We learned to stick to the basics. The Caesar salad was delicious. The "jumbo prawns" had telltale signs of having been frozen too long. Above all, the prices we reasonable for the fare offered. And don't forget to get your parking validated. Oh, and it was little comfort that the waiter assured us that we were not charged for the returned meal.

Staffing must have been short as far as coverage of tables. Our waiter who was very attentive when he could be, was pulled away from the regular dining room to service a large table in the private dining room, which meant that we lost that attention that we had previously and as a result our meals were incorrectly prepared and delivered.

Our first visit here, but we will surely return soon! From the very start every course was outstanding. Their Cheddar Jalapeño Bread is fabulous. My wife had the Tuma Crudo and I had the Beef Tenderloin Crostinis. Both were amazing! Wines are limited and about 1.2x retail which is not crazy for Dallas. The confusing part of the Menu was the Prime Rib pricing. The 12oz cut is $60, 14oz $66, but the 20oz is $129! That makes no sense. Our Server explained it's the same beef, there are no double sides, they just charge almost double for it. Al Biernat's offers the same 20oz cut for $77. (Why pay over $50 more for theirs?) This makes no sense and should be rethought by Management, customers can do math. The 14oz cut I enjoyed was outstanding and it comes with a nice side salad and fabulous garlic mashed potatoes. The beef was melt in the mouth tender, very little fat, and the flavors were some of the best I've ever had. If you love l Prime Rib this the place.

Fantastic experience! Had dinner with 2 of my co-workers and tried a little bit of everything on the menu. The crudo was amazing, but hard to just pick one item, it was all incredible! Looking forward to coming back soon! James, restaurant manager, and Montreal, our server were top notch!!

Damien, Scott, Chef and James provided incredible service. Good is on point, we were Lawry people for years, but they had lost their flair and we stopped going two years ago. The food heat doesn't even compare, Landmark Prime Rib chef has it figured out! Every dish was amazing and the personalities they have chosen to serve guest are incredible. We even checked out the Library Bar! Keep it up y'all! We will be back soon.

I'd turn back if I were you: They tend to run out of prime rib, and service is downright hostile...something is very, very wrong here. Such a shame in this historic old hotel, they need to Get It Together, and FAST.

Dusty provided excellent service!! Gene was great and all the staff at the Landmark who made our dinner special. Everything from bread and butter to main course was delicious!! Thank you again to everyone at Landmark!!

The food was just ok. We started with the shrimp and salads which were good. We then got the prime rib. We ordered the Texas cut which is 50$ and the cut above which was 60$ and there no difference in the size. There was so much fat on both and barely any meat. The taste was just ok. (Overpriced) we also ordered the crab bisque which I think they forgot the crab. Fos sides we got creamed spinach that was so watered down it was soup. The service was super slow. The decor looks like something from 1995. We were also charged a 20% tip for a table of 5. All and all $644.00 for 5 people and just ok food is not someplace I will be returning. Take your business elsewhere. We were so excited for this place to be great. Epic fail.

Poor replacement for Lawry's. Roast beef was excessively fatty and salty. Mashed potatoes were poor and covered with brown gravy. The White chocolate bread pudding was an embarrassment and was not interested in finishing it. The old hotel atmosphere was nice, but not worth going back for. Too bad.

The prime rib was excellent. Cook exactly as we requested and seasoned perfectly. The Ceasar salad was under dressed but the crispy capers were a nice touch. The server needs to be educated on how to handle wine service as it seemed it was his first bottle. Other wise all around was a very good experience and we will return

My wife & I wanted to try the prime rib since Lawry's has closed. We were served the WORST prime rib ever! Meat was at best at room temperature sitting on a cold plate. The 12 oz cut they served me was at least 40% piece of solid fat. AWFUL! Not sure if this was an off night or what but we both refused the entree, it was even worse after they tried to warm it up!!! I wish them luck in trying to attract a dinner crowd with this type of food the best they can do.....

A group of five had the privilege of experiencing the newly launched and reimagined Landmark Prime Rib Restaurant at the Warwick Melrose Hotel. This soon-to-be hotspot is not just a place to eat but a destination that should be on your dining rotations. The new menu caters to all palates, and our group of five is a testament to that. Each of us had a different menu item, and we were all delighted with our choices. The server's attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring we had a flawless dining experience. The hotel valet team and associates are warmly welcoming. We cannot wait to return for the evening activation of the beautifully refurbished prime rib carving cart and succulent prime rib.

It's good to know that I have a restaurant to go to get my fill of prime rib now that Lawry's has closed. The food was great as was the ambiance. Great service as well. It's a hidden gem for now but not any more.....

From our drinks (not sure why there are no bleu cheese stuffed olives for martinis) through our entrees were amazing. Dessert, was another store. The Crème Brûlée was good, but the Brownie and Cheesecake were subpar! Plan to return, but skip dessert.
