If you're looking for a beautiful, delicious, show stopping dessert, this is your place. I have not been a big consumer of macarons for some unknown reason...until now. These are so light and fluffy and crazy good! The other review on the generous filling was also spot on. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job they did and I now know that I can't keep these things sitting around my house. :)

I purchased a couple of macarons for a snack while at the arboretum recently. They were so delicious I immediately went back and purchased an assorted dozen for my adult son's birthday party happening the next day. People loved them, especially the generous filling! Many exclaimed they were the best macarons they've ever had. I will definitely be purchasing these for special occasions and gifts. Oh, the owner and assistants were absolutely delightful!

My wife scheduled me a macaron making class at the makers for my birthday, it was a true delight and I am proud to say we just did our first batch at home by ourselves and they turned out wonderful, we even tried out pistachio buttercream. I would highly recommend taking this class as it is a hands on friendly and truly fun experience.
