We had a fabulous time celebrating a birthday with Harley Quinn! A caricature artist was there and it was super fun to see all the drawings he did. The food was good and the company was great!

This was by far one of the worst restaurants I have been to in a really really long time. There is really nothing positive I can say about the food, service or atmosphere. We waited an hour and twenty minutes for our appetizer to arrive- mozzarella sticks. We waited another 40 minutes for our burgers and fries which were cold, dry, and lacking any distinction. The staff was incompetent, there was zero organization skills, they had no idea who ordered what. It was utter chaos and a complete waste of our evening. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. After settling our tab of a $100.00 for really terrible food we left. On the way out we noticed the giant deluvery truck pit that is poorly marked and a road hazard behind the restaurant. I sincerely hope nobody accidentally drives into it.

First time visit, just moved to the area. We weren't sure what to expect with the themes and characters but we were pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious! I got the prime rib and lobster. It was so good. I will say it took awhile to get seated and service was took a bit but I can understand with characters it takes a little longer. It was just me and my husband so we were at a regular table, not a themed one. Not sure what it takes to get a themed one but we will definitely try again.

Amazing place with fun for the entire family. Harley Quinn kept the kids laughing all night and the random appearances by other characters really kept the kids on their toes and excited through the evening. The food, while cooked to perfection, came in just shy of 5 star flavor but let's be honest the price is for the show and the cuisine is just a bonus.
We had a great time. Starfire was our waitress and she did a wonderful job. Funny and attentive. I'll definitely go back! The atmosphere was busy. I loved this place.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this experience made me want to leave one so badly!! The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful! The decor was very random in the best way possible with such cool and exciting tables and the beautiful salad car!! We had no wait at all, seated immediately. We were served by Mavis and she was absolutely amazing!! Super attentive and made us laugh a bunch, and also very very sweet! We also had frequently interacted with Popeye, Jinx, and Thor. The entire atmosphere was just so so fun! We came mostly only for drinks and a little snack and still had a blast. Would definitely come back again, I 100% recommend!! Lovely staff!! Only good things to say! ☺️

Yesterday was my friends daughter birthday. We went to this restaurant because it was our first time ever coming. I had order a swiss hamburger with mushrooms and some of our group had Alfredo pasta ,ribs and chicken strips and pizza. Well knowing this is a busy place i understand waiters and waiteress are going to be naturally busy. However our server Ms Wednesday wasnt unfortunately very attentive. Their was someone that was training with her unfortunately he wasnt as really attentive either but I do understand hes only in training so I dont expect much .However I will say in the end he started to do some things that was helpful so im not really upset with that. Because we have changed sections perhaps that caused some confusion, we first were with Posion Ivy and she seem very great but we were place in a bus section our whole party couldn't fit in comfortably in our section so we changed. We as we wait for about a good close to an 35 minutes to close to an 1 for service, then we got drinks then 35 minutes later we were allowed to go to the salad bar . Then after close to another good hour we got our orders in . My friend kept checking to see when our food was getting ready it was pretty busy smh . So when my food finally came it tasted terrible now , burger had no flavor and some of the others too their food tasted bad. For the priced i paid for me and my child the food should have been delicious but unfortunately it wasn't. All in all service was so /so could have been better i wish we would have gotten The vampire he was so so excellent with his tables and very attentive, very energetic, entertaining and very good with the kids. And Spiderman seem to be as well but feel maybe if Wednesday didnt have alot of tables she would have remembered idk but Nacho was nice loved his singing. Not sure i would give it another try .
