The pate is always a hit with this group. The bread is one of the best at any restaurant. Miso-glazed cod was excellent with Bok Choy. Mushroom risotto was very good as well. Salad with Chicken added was customized for one person. great dinner all around.
This restaurant is awesome in every way. We came the Saturday of Easter weekend and were delighted by the ambience, expertly prepared courses and excellent service.
This restaurant continues to be outstanding and consistent. I've been coming here for years, always excellent.
Another amazing experience! Thank you Mercury....thank you more to Tanner for his exceptional service. Tanner....you're the best❤️
Always have a great experience from the greeting I receive from Elois to the greeting as I leave. Food is amazing ans service is second to none!
We could not have asked for a better experience! The Mercury is a top 3 for my wife & I.
We were looking forward to a lovely evening and delicious food. The wedge was fine but the Dover sole was barely edible. No taste! Where was the lemon caper sauce? My husband's risotto was watery with little taste. Embarrassing to bring a client for such a disappointing meal and extremely prices!! Never will we come back. Too many fabulous restaurants in Dallas to spend that kind of money for horrible food.
The Mercury - always a solid choice. Food, attention to detail, service, all outstanding. Bartenders are magnificent.

I called them before 9 o'clock to confirm that we couldn't arrive on time due to heavy rain. They said I could. When we arrived, they told me that the kitchen was closed. We were soaked. I also showed her my call records. We arrived at 9:10. I can't send you an email, as shown in the picture

The valet parking is pretentious. Plenty of parking and you need to have valet for your head-in parking, strip mall property?
The line for the valet blocks the entire road for the strip center when you turn in off of Preston Road. It causes a traffic jam in the parking lot.
Sushi good. Main dining too dark. Fish dishes excellent. Meats ok.

I have to say, I was somewhat underwhelmed. The service here is fantastic and really shined, however the food just seemed somewhat.. safe?
The food was good, but really nothing special considering the price point. Nothing unique or memorable really. We tried the tartare, duck, lobster, filet, etc.. and I have to say none of those dishes out-shined other restaurants in DFW at the same price point. Again - huge props to the service and the atmosphere, but the food is overhyped in my opinion.
