Everything we had, from the appetizers to our main dishes, was delicious. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet upbeat. We started with guacamole and barbacoa tacos. For my main, I had the steak—some of the best steak I’ve had! Perfectly cooked medium and full of flavor. Others at the table ordered the enchilada trio (the lobster was the favorite), sea bass tacos, and crab tacos. The drinks were excellent as well. We will absolutely be back!

Applebees service and vibe with Del Frisco’s prices. Server got our order wrong in a couple different ways. She probably couldn’t hear us, since the music was so loud you couldn’t hear the other people at the table.
Everything was just sort of…fine. Except the check, of course, which was the only extraordinary part of the meal. There are a million other places to go if you want a fancy meal in Dallas and want to get spendy. There are also a million better Mexican places that won’t leave you scratching your head why you spent hundreds of dollars for some mediocre enchiladas and average cocktails.

I've been to The Mexican a few times now and I have had the absolute best experiences. I'd like to highlight a server in particular, Fernando. I have requested him ever since he was our server for the first time. He makes my family and I feel very welcome and is always on top of his work. Doesn't matter how many times we've seen him, he's always very thorough and treats us as if we are first time guests. 10/10 food, 10/10 service!

Food was great. Place is nice. My waiter was just rude. We tried to order our food and she said we are jumping ahead of her. Waited for ever to order my food I watched her set 4 tables before I finally asked her because she was standing next to me. She said one moment. Then walked off to her manager and he instead came to order while she pointed at us making whatever comments. $175 for two people I would hope the service was better than this. **UPDATE** after taking two my third manager 1 onsite who did noting. 1 the day after who promised a same day call back and the other on the next day. I’ve been promised resolution and nothing has came from it.

We loved the Mexican! We sat in a booth which was perfect, cozy, intimate. The food was excellent. Filet over guacamole, Sea bass & ice cream cake dessert were big hits. We will come again!

Friday night, the restaurant was busy. The server, service, and food was excellent. We asked for a baby chair, and they provided one, and they even gave us a corner area to avoid the noise. Overall, great experience with the food and drinks. This was our 3rd time, and we will go back again. .

We went to the Mexican for my father-in-law‘s birthday party and overall was a great experience. Starting with valet, which was quick and easy got inside. Host was friendly and got a seated quickly. We had a party of eight. It looks amazing inside very elegant great ambience. JT and David took good care of us, they took a time explaining to us the menu and we’re very receptive and thorough, they represented the restaurant well in their demeanor and service. As for the food with appetizers, we went with. Tostaditas and Lobster Elote, for entrée I had the salmon, some others had the steak, sea bass, shrimp tacos all were exceptional. We tried several different margaritas. Can’t go wrong with any. We will definitely be back.
