Went here to grab a bite to eat at 3:00 in the afternoon. Sat at the bar. Took forever to even get a menu. Then, waited for so long to order that I was standing up to walk out when a bartender finally approached me. Wish I'd have just left. Got the $18 Chicken Tinga Tacos. They were terrible. I do not recommend this place at all.

Incredible TV setup. Big screens all over. Many more other TVs. Even TVs above the urinals. It’s set-up for greatness. Bartender was great. Food was bar food - good not great.
This is why I think it may not be a sports bar:
Asked for sound, “We’d love to have the game sound”. Manager seemed to agree at that moment but would not put the game sound on. Too many families? I don’t know.
Michigan vs Alabama on all TVs even though there are other bowl games on.
Those great TVs above the urinals were tuned to CourtTV. No joke.
Too bad. Had high hopes.

My experience at The Owner’s Box this past Sunday was a 0/10 experience. Hosts, servers, and bartenders alike had the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced. I was in the area for a cheer competition and it was a busy time for the restaurant but the way the staff at The Owner’s Box treated myself, my friends and family, and multiple other guests was absolutely unacceptable. The hosts did not greet us for over 15 minutes. Finally I was able to get one’s attention and ask if we could sit at a table that had been clean and empty for over 30 minutes. They scoffed and told me it’s a 2 and a half hour wait if I want to put my name down. I then had to flag down a server to ask about how to be serviced and they rudely told me it was a 2 and a half hour wait and go to the other corner of the bar if I want to order to go food. After trying to get that bartender at the corner’s attention to order for several minutes only for them to ignore me, I approached a bartender at the opposite end to order food to eat outside. The server at the bar who was taking our order rolled her eyes, didn’t say anything when we were reciting our order and walked off without a word. When they brought out our food to the patio we weren’t given water or checked on one time, we had to go to the bar and flag someone down to ask for condiments. The bathroom right next to the Owner’s Bar at the Omni was also absolutely disgusting. It reeked of feces and had toilet seats missing from the stalls with toilet paper and paper towels everywhere. Although the cheer competition being held nearby made the restaurant busy there is no excuse for the service we received and the state of the restrooms especially with the standard that the Omni is held to. The only thing y’all should consider keeping are the chefs because the food was pretty good but everything else about the experience was a nightmare and I definitely won’t be back.

We had a great experience here. It was a busy Sunday night, Dallas was playing so most TVs were on that game(*As sad as it was. 😢) Our party wanted to watch the OKC Thunder. Once the Dallas game was over Adrian changed the channel for us. However, there was still another football game and once it started all the TVs changed. Adrian was so kind and thoughtful! He came back to us and offered to change a smaller TV to the game we wanted. In today's world I appreciate that level of customer service. Thank you, Adrian.
I usually like and enjoy coming to the owners box to watch games, primarily football. i had gone this past Sunday to watch my favorite team "Eagles" play and eat/ drink... it was dead!! In there as I had arrived after the Cowboys game, don't know if it was alot of people before I got there, on the big projector screen and most of the tvs was the next game that was coming on Fox, which three projector game is playing thru the sound system as well.. I asked one of the bartenders if they could put on the Philly game, he said yeah, but he put it on one TV with no sound, i asked could it be played on the main screens so I can hear the game, he said his manager wouldn't do it, I asked to speak with him, the way he was looking at me, and it was Clear he didn't give a damn to accommodate me, he told me no he basically wasn't going to change it, that other had already requested that game, remind you, it was only like 5 people in there, and NO ONE!! was even paying attention to the game, my Girlfriend told me, "Let's go. They dont want our business ...

This is a cool sports bar located in the Omni Hotel. Enjoy the views of the hotel as you walk through to go to The Owner's Box.
I went late Saturday night. I ordered the BBQ bacon burger, fries, and a side salad; all were delicious. My gf ordered the shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were so so and definitely not worth the price. We also ordered two drinks. The Texas drink which had pear and whiskey was delicious. The only thing I'd add is that it should be served colder than it was. My gf had the Pick Six; she had no complaints.
The atmosphere and service were great. We would definitely go back.
We have tried to eat twice @ this location, we were seated promptly both times,and both times we were ignored the first time last year we waited about 10 min then walked out. This time we waited about 5 minutes and no one greeted us or anything. So we walked out. No one said a word as we walked out. I own a automotive repair facility and if I treated these folks the way they treat their guest I would be out of business and they would be livid. I hope the generic response of we are sorry is not the result of this post. Yall could increase your revenue by over 50% if you would fix the customer service issue. Your restaurant has a problem. Take a minute to look at your negative reviews. It's pretty obvious. But it's very easy to fix.
