My husband and I always prefer The Pizza Dude. The pizzas are fresh and the crust is not heavy.

Personal paying Pizza was not worth $14. It was not enough sauce on the pizza market. Trya have better pizza two slices for five dollars where I will continue to go.

1st when you call the IVR has an options for specials, no need for a live person. Then it transfers to a person... the Owner. Nice!
His customer service is top tier. And his drive for quality pizza is clear & appreciated.
I pulled the trigger on hamburger/garlic/jalapeños & grilled chicken & green olive... surpringly the pizzas taste like his passion for the business.
Hamburger & all the ingredients taste fresh. *The pizza dough used for the crust is perfection 👌
The thin crust cheese sticks are addictive w/the marinara. The pizzerias & chain stores in 75287 could never match THE PIZZA DUDE unless they adopted his ethics & developed some passion.... I might be ordering pizzas again, not just for my daughter's b-day celebration.

Update: The owner called me and has rectified the issue. We will continue to love and order from here!!

This used to be the absolute best pizza place in DFW and I recommended it to EVERYONE!!! Over the last few months my deliveries “get lost for hours” and no one seems to know what happens.

this is my go to Pizza spot in The Dallas area. I don't care how far away I am, I'm ordering from here. I've ordered different types of pizzas from this place and every one was delicious. I get consistent service and quality every time.

I was in a the area and found this pizza shop. I saw a large pepperoni pizza listed for $15. I noticed a bunch of fees added to the online order—so I thought, I’ll just call it in and avoid the fees since I was literally in my car down the street. Right before checking out, the guy tells me my order—a large one-topping pizza, 10 wings, and a 1-liter soda—was $52.97. I about fell out. I didn’t want to back out since I had already ordered, but I was stunned (and appalled). Online, the pizza was $15. In the store? $24.99. When I mentioned the price difference, he casually said the online prices were messed up. If I had paid online, I would’ve gotten the lower price—but he wouldn’t honor it.
Then I saw a sign saying if you spend over $40, you get free breadsticks. I asked if they were included—he said no, but he’d make them if I wanted to wait another 20 minutes. Nope. I was already over this experience.
To top it all off, the Teriyaki wings were drowning in sauce. Like, way too much. It was messy as hell—sticky, dripping, hard to eat, and completely overwhelming. Just a sloppy, over-sauced mess.
And the final insult? As I’m walking out, I see Pizza Hut literally right next door. I could’ve gone there for good pizza with cheese pulls AND a deal. I keep thinking. I should have gone there.
The pizza itself? Meh. It was fine. No cheese pulls like some of the reviews hyped up. It was okay—but nowhere near worth $53.
Only thing I liked was the cool art on the shop walls. That’s it.
I live 50 min away so I will not be going back so they need not respond asking me to give them another chance.
