Went to The Saints and had a pretty disappointing experience. We both ordered steaks and they came out cold. Not lukewarm — cold. It also took forever for the waitress to come to the table, and overall the service felt really slow and inattentive. They did comp one of the steaks in the end, which was appreciated, but honestly the place just feels super average at best. The only standout were the bone marrow fries — those were actually delicious. But for the price you’re paying, it’s just not worth it. I wouldn’t go back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend

Management: Plase address the specific points raised i the review below by Julia Davis. She had an awful experience. How does one get wait 50 minutes for a course and still get charged full price? How is the manager ignoring her consistent with the values you expressed to EATER Dallas?
There were serious problems that night weren't there? What are the details.

I decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day a day early and made reservations at The Saint Italian Steakhouse. From the moment we stepped inside, the restaurant had an amazing vibe—warm, inviting, and perfect for a special night out.
The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the cocktails and wine selection complemented the meal beautifully. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure everything was just right.
The only downside was the parking situation. The on-site lot is very small and overpacked, with just one valet running around trying to manage everything. It was a bit chaotic, and since the lot is one-way, we had to back out to leave. Luckily, there’s a paid lot right next door with plenty of open spaces, which made things much easier.
Overall, The Saint delivers on atmosphere, food, and drinks—definitely worth a visit for a great steakhouse experience!

Delicious food. Highly recommend the whipped ricotta and arancini from appetizers.
It’s quite unassuming from the outside. They do have a Valet parking next to the entrance.
Food is amazing.
Service needs improvement. I was part of a large group and we ordered some sides. They forgot to bring the sides with the entrees! Very courteous but come on guys…
Ambience is nice. Dark and quiet.

I was looking forward to dining. However, I was extremely underwhelmed. I paid about $170 for my portion of the meal and I don't feel like I got a good value for my money. The drinks were good but didn't even have a slight buzz for this $20 dollar cocktail (I ordered two) the Lobster arancini was bland and not good. No lobster tasted. I did order the 12 oz ribeye and this was actually the best thing I had. It was pretty good for the most part. I ordered the brussels sprouts, and they were almost burnt and did not taste good at all. I sent it back and I was going to order another side but I didn't want to be further disappointed.
The restaurant was very loud for the vibe. In a private room and still had to yell to speak. I love the vibe but it was loud and underwhelming. The food took about an hour and 15 minutes and I was also given the wrong steak and I bit into it and it was another person from the party. So that delayed the dinner as well.
The server Nick, I believe was nice and attentive. I appreciate his recommendations and service.

Had a reservation and after coming in, had to wait 45 minutes to actually get seated. The food took another 45min-1hr to come, some of which had gone cold. Portions are tiny, for the price and for also having been told they would feed 3-4 people. Extremely disappointed in our visit. Other better places in Dallas to dine at!

Disappointing Experience at The Saint in Dallas
I had high expectations for The Saint in Dallas, but unfortunately, our experience was beyond disappointing. From start to finish, the service was painfully slow and inattentive. Our four-course meal took a staggering three hours just to receive our final dish. We walked into the restaurant at 10pm with reservations secured. We left at 1:30 am with our final entree and dessert bagged to go because at this point it was so late into the evening we just wanted to go home.
Despite the excessive wait, the food was mediocre at best. The flavors were underwhelming, the portions were laughably small, and nothing we had justified the outrageous price tag. To make matters worse, our server was barely present, offering little to no updates & offering no accommodations. the manager didn’t even speak to us until the very end.
We were Often waiting up to 50 minutes in between courses. It felt like we were completely forgotten about.
For the price we paid, we expected a refined and well-paced dining experience, but instead, we left frustrated and hungry. Save yourself the time and money—there are far better options in Dallas.

We celebrated our 12th anniversary and Valentine’s Day at Saint’s Italian restaurant. The dark, sultry ambience set the perfect mood for our special night. Upon arrival, we were surprised with complimentary champagne, which was a lovely touch. Our server was fantastic, attentive and knowledgeable, making our evening even more enjoyable.
We tried the Texas wagyu ribeye, which had great flavor, though it was a little undercooked in some parts. The cheesecake was tasty as well, but the bottom was still frozen, making it a bit challenging to enjoy. Despite these minor issues, it was a wonderful dining experience overall.

Would love to try but can’t due to the lack of vegan options. Rude.

Food was good but not life changing. But the service was great and everyone was very nice. The bartender even made a point to walk us out and hold the door. So very polite!

The 12oz Wagyu Ribeye!!!!
My goodness so tasty. I love a steak that’s not submerged in a sauce, but comes out so flavorful. This steak was cooked absolutely perfect. We had it medium rare and I’d go back ASAP just to have it all again.
We came here for a couples date night, and this restaurant is perfect for it. Very dim and sexy. Everyone but one loved their food and I call that a win!
The short rib looked absolutely beautiful. The bone marrow fries are lovely. I wasn’t really impressed with my broccolini, which is why I knocked off a star. I always look forward to a yummy broccolini, and this really let me down.
My friend ordered the 6oz wagyu gold filet, it was cooked perfectly, but lacked flavor.
When I go back, I’m ordering the 12oz wagyu again and all the pastas! The cacio e pepe and the gnocchi bolognese was calling my name.

I have been wanting to try this place and my friends and I loved the atmosphere but the service was not at all up to par along with the food. We were seated right away but had to go up to the hostess stand after no one coming to our table for 20 minutes. The manager came out to apologize and took our drink order and we ordered a few appetizers. 30 minutes later, no drinks. The appetizers started coming out 45 minutes later from being seated and then finally our drinks arrived. We were given an apology about being short staffed and I was going to give grace and not mention that in this review because I understand being short staffed but based on other reviews several people experienced the same thing. The food was good, not amazing, lacked seasoning on some of the dishes. We wont be back
