I honestly hate to leave a bad review for anything unless it needs it. Sorry it's so long. Went yesterday for Valentine's Day spent $450 ish. The table was so small our waiter had to play Tetris with our plates. Ordered the Caesar salad it was some deconstructed caesar salad that would get all over your face if you didn't cut the lettuce pieces, tasted like spicy grass and the wagyu tartare was fine nothing out of this world and the bread was the best part over all. Our steak was ordered medium well it was rare but over all was fine. 5 cheese mac and cheese dry. The potato purée SALTY. The waiter was busy with a lady next to us wouldn't come and check the table till 30 mins later. My husband ordered a Dr. Pepper when we first got our steaks. Never showed up. We ordered out dessert to go they weren't that great. Overall first and last time we go here. I hate to complain especially when I know it's super packed and everyone is everywhere doing other things but was it worth all that money no.

Very confused at the front door, said we had no reservation bc they already sat 2/4... Table staff was amazing!! Food was good Quail was the best! And the chocolate dessert thing!! Great views of downtown!! And you could actually hear each other talk which is amazing considering almost none of the newer Dallas restaurants you can these days

Once again, The Saint exceed expectations! We brought friends to try the new location and the food, vibe, wine and service blew them away. Double props for Salem for remembering us, our previous order and comments. She went the extra mile to make our evening out of this world!

Service was exceptional, our waiter made great suggestions, was very funny and personable and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The manager was wonderful, being a newer restaurant they want everything to be perfect and it was. I wish them all the success and will definitely be back.

I took my daughter for her 16th birthday to The Saint and it was the most beautiful and scrumptious dinner we have ever had. I will never go anywhere else in Dallas for special occasions. The restaurant was breathtaking. The food was exquisite. The staff was knowledgeable and so kind. The view was gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you all!
