We got there a little late, so we didn't get to try the brisket kolache, but we got the sausage jalapeño. My daughter enjoyed it and didn't think, as a 9 year old, that it was too spicy.

They should change their name to " Dense Doughnuts". Chewy, leathery, and dense. No thanks! I like my doughnuts to be Fresh, airy, fluffy and melt in your mouth. You are paying $ for the presentation not the quality.

We chose the churro and horchata donuts for our sweet pick-me-ups; the dulce de leche cream in that churro star and that marshmallow fluff on top of the horchata donut…just YUMMMM paired with coffee!The place was clean and spacious. (The chairs were hard, so it wasn’t the most comfortable. But the table space was wonderful.) The outdoor seating was a plus—perfect for spring.

Stopped by The Salty Bishop Arts today for donuts, as I had a $5 credit for downloading their app. The Texas Sheet Cake donut is cakey and delicious, the Brown Butter & Salt was a good balance of sweet and salty, the donut holes were just ok (a bit tough), but the Cherry Pie Pop Tart was ah——mazing 10/10! This is such a cool place, and will definitely be back.

The donuts’ dough texture is a bit dry and not as fluffy as it’s used to be. Even when it’s at room temperature the donuts should be soft and fluffy. A bit disappointed.Edits: I had brioche donuts before at a location called “The Flour Box” the texture and cream were excellent in taste even the donuts were in room temperature. Extremely fluffy and generous in size compared to the “lemon ricotta filled donut” at The salty donuts.

Got the brown sugar donut, it was on the sweeter side, but the salt on the top balanced it out! The donut was pretty dense and had a cake like taste and texture. Definitely very filling. Parking is a bit hard as there's only some street parking.
