Always out of everything every time we try to come here!!! Why are you open basically all day but can’t keep up with your menu offerings? Never have the koloches so definitely gave up ever trying to try one. Only ever have one person working and you wait in line forever and the service is so slow!!!

It’s so delicious and totally worth it! Prices are incredibly reasonable and the food/drinks are high quality! Especially since it’s popped up in a park it’s an amazing atmosphere and experience to eat these delectable goodies. Customer service is super amazing! The worker there was incredibly sweet and helpful!

The Salty Donut offers a delightful and unique donut experience with a variety of creative, delicious flavors. With a solid 4.4 rating, this donut shop is known for its fresh, made-to-order donuts, featuring unique twists on traditional flavors, like maple bacon and sea salt caramel. The donuts are always soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. The cozy, friendly atmosphere makes it a great spot for a quick treat or a morning pick-me-up.

I was really disappointed with my experience at The Salty Donut in Dallas. Unfortunately, their customer service and management don’t live up to the quality of their donuts. This is my second issue with management—the first one I let go, because everyone makes mistakes, and I chose not to share it.
This time, I ordered the $12 mystery box and missed the first pickup window. I placed a second order and selected the Klyde Warren Park location since it’s close to my job and within walking distance. Due to bad weather, that location was closed, but I was not given the option to pick up my order at the Bishop Arts location, which is only about three miles away.
I also reached out to them on Instagram, as they mention on social media to contact them with any questions. I was ignored, even after following up, and never received a response.
Instead, I received an email stating that I would be refunded as app credit—not back to my credit card. That was frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I’m done ordering from here, and I hope this helps others be cautious when ordering online

This location is a food truck parked near Klyde Warren Park. On the day I went, the truck was parked slightly way from what my maps app navigated me to, but the truck is pretty noticeable from a far.

Out of the 4 donuts I ordered, the Banoffee pie was hands down my favorite. The flavors and textures complimented each other perfectly, and it wasn't too sweet.

The other donuts I ordered were decent, but I don't think I'd purchase them again. The classic donut was okay; it was a little too cakey/bready for my liking. Although I liked the flavors of the yuzu & matcha mini, because of the smaller size, the ratio of cream/curd to donut was overpowering. Lastly, again, i liked the flavors of the pistachio cannoli, but it was too sweet and the cream was dry.

Overall, I'd still go again and I'd love to try the other flavors. I love the creativity!

I tried The Salty Donut and wow… I’m still thinking about it! The Pistachio Cannoli donut was hands down the BEST thing I have ever tasted in my life. Soft, fluffy, perfectly sweet, and filled with the most rich, creamy pistachio flavor – every bite felt like pure luxury.

You can honestly feel the quality and love in their donuts. Fresh, unique, and beautifully made. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are super friendly too.

If you’re a donut lover or just want to treat yourself to something unforgettable, this is THE place to go. 100/10 experience — I will definitely be back! 🍩💚

Besides being listed as a brick and mortar and not being able to find. Coffee very good and the donut extraordinary.

If you like dry/stale tasting donuts go here. The original donut holes taste like sponge, the chocolate donut holes are better since it’s a cake donut. The churro donut filling is the only good part about it. The brown butter donut was actually very good that frosting was great. The Oreo cake donut is similarly good but nothing special. The yeast donuts definitely need work! Dunkin Donuts is 10x better and less expensive
