The Stuffed Potato Kitchen

Sorry it was not so good. I'm just being honest. Maybe with time , it will get better. It was too soupie. I will never eat there, ever again. New recipe needed. Maybe new cook.

They’re always closed or under staffed. I have ordered from them twice before and the experience was alright. This last time my experience was horrible! I had to wait for forever and the potatoes were undercooked and the food wasn’t seasoned. They locked the doors so I had to stand outside in 97 degrees weather to wait for this mess!

This was my second time and will be my last no thanks . Yes the Quantity is Good but the Quality No. I ordered 4 of them for me and family the potatoes were not done at all and CS was not all that either.

No thanks on this style. If was super messy and the potato was under cooked. It was a glob of stuff on top but couldn't make out what it was. I think I will stick to the traditional way of eating a stuffed baked potato with the skin on it. And fluffy after baked. The potatoes were too hard.

I reside in Houston, used google to find the restaurant. When i arrived i was told they closed early due to short staffing, 5hrs early might i add!I tried again today, just now in fact, only to find out they were closed again. I believe in supporting B.O.B’s however, this has happened twice. I wish them the best going forward, but i will not be patronizing their establishment..

An insane amount of food for incredibly cheap/reasonable prices. Everything made fresh to order. Very attentive staff, as they went out of their way to accommodate us. They were out of a specific ingredient, but immediately went & bought said ingredient so they could make my husband's order to his specifications. Talk about wonderful customer service! You can even see the whole kitchen, so you're able to watch them cook & note the cleanliness! They've got nothing to hide! With a literal line out the door, this place was obviously well known & enjoyed by bunches of people.

The food is good, however THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, EVER. I would recommend just going in person to order and pick up as long as you have about 30-45 min to wait. They give you a LOT of food!! 7 wonders is my favorite. Other than not answering the phone, I would highly recommend!

They sizes of the orders are astronomical and well worth the price.Got the Kitchen sink and the 7 wonders. We made it thru part of each .Now we sitting here stuffed.Literally Couch Potatoes at this time.

Love Supporting Black Own Business... But I wasn't a Fan of the Food Didn't Taste like I Expected... To Each its own ...But to me it was a Waste of Money

When I tell you they do not disappoint at all!! The young lady at the front was very sweet and friendly her customer service was great. Our food was on point we had the seafood monster and shrimp crawfish ettoufee with sausage...I will let picture speak for it. Make sure you go give them a try and oh yea cant forget about the red koolaid lol!!

Very Very Rude Unprofessional workers, Poor Mangement Service

First off they don’t answer the phones, the food is not all that good and very unhealthy, very rude and not professional.I don’t understand when will the black businesses and black people understand you need to have all the things I said they didn’t have to keep your business get it together please I would love to keep supporting but not with how they are treating other black people I would give them 0 stars if I could and this have happened multiple times.

First of all let me start by saying that the food is quite tasty and plentiful. I've had the 7 Wonders, Sea Monster and The Whole Kitchen Sink. The reason I rate it a 3 Star is for the same reason as most people. It's almost impossible to place a call in order, the wait time is ridiculous and the customer service really lacks professionalism. But for some reasons I still keep recommending them to others and furthermore, keep going back myself. However; NOT as often as I frequent restaurants like Chick-fil-A because of their SUPERIOR customer service.

I been a couple of times but it had been awhile since I had been in the area but I must say the staff were very nice and friendly and the food was amazing they were about to close and still prepared my food in a timely manner. I couldn’t remember what I used to order but the owner helped me out and I must say the Kitchen sink & 7 wonders was a hit

Even though they said it would be quicker, there ended up being a bit if a wait. It wasn't bad. The customer service was good and the food was great overall.We got the Sea Monster, High on tha HOGG, and the Philadelphian. All three were good but the Philadelphian was my favorite.
