My girlfriend's and I were super excited to visit whippersnapper for its Willy Wonka theme night but the restrooms are a joke. They have an employee guarding the restrooms and he's doing a horrible job he was allowing his friends or people to pay him to skip the line while there's 10-20 people waiting to use the only 2 bathrooms and he just let who he chooses skip the line. My husband said something to him and he just looked at my husband up and down as if he was gonna start something. We left to well managed bar down the street. Do not recommend this place if you want to have a peaceful good time this is NOT the place.

First off I will say I love this space and it's themes. It's small, but I love that. The dj plays mixed music so everyone feels included. I have been a few times for a few different themes. This last time I invited more friends for the Wonka theme. The theme is great, but the reality is the female bar tenders are extremely racist. When I came for the Game of Thrones theme the woman bartender stood by the wall and never even attempted to serve me. I honestly thought she didn't work there. The male bartenders are always very nice and approach and greet. The woman bartender waited until another person entered before she decided to approach and serve them. I was annoyed but I let it go.This last experience at Wonka was the final straw. The male bartender dressed like Willy Wonka was very nice. Like he was the best. I asked him for a picture and he was kind. I asked him if it would be ok to get a picture with him, the oompa loompa girl and violet and he said yeah of course we do it everyday. It was not super packed at the time and I saw him ask them like 4 times and they refused. Kept blowing him off and he was trying to be super nice when explaining It to me. The last time that he pretty much was telling me that they said no both women come running over, jump on the bed by we were standing an the photographer (not a nice lady at all) snaps a picture of us not even prepared and then they run off.How is this racist? I watched these women all night take picture's with people even after this without issue. Just as kind and nice as can be (both of them).I go out to have a good time. I enjoy a nice theme so the Whip had been a spot of mine. I really hope they can get it together because no one should feel unwelcome.

The Whip changes their theme 3 times a year and are totally dedicated to whatever it is! Right now, it's The Wonka Bar. Every inch of the quaint place is covered in giant bright colored candy balloons, blow up gummy bears and lights. The entire bar is wrapped in Wonka characters. The drinks are theme related, candy coated and definitely worth the price. We ordered off the Wonka menu and enjoyed our Oompa Loompa nuggets and Snozzberry Fries; both very tasty; even leftover in the air fryer. We got there just after 8pm; valet parking or street was available. The servers were dressed in Wonka character attire and were attentive and friendly. Be aware that things change after 9pm; the bartenders changed and were scantly clothed.

We were so excited to go to this pop up Willy Wonka themed bar, when we got in we got a drink and then were walking further into the bar by the DJ. As we were walking this short (gray?) balding worker shoulder checked me, and and then did it to my friend right behind me (mind you we are both 5’4 23 year old girls) which was overall really unnecessary and rude, and then he put his hand on my friends hip to push her out of the way. Her boyfriend was behind her and told him to not touch my friend and then this short balding gray worker started berating my friends boyfriend, getting in his face and screaming at him. This worker had a major attitude problem and should not be allowed to treat paying customers as so. He kicked us out and would not let us finish our drinks. We will never be back and encourage others to as well, unless you enjoy being physically assaulted by the workers and verbally berated.

We were so excited to go to whippersnapper for its Willy Wonka themed night but were instantly let down by the incredibly rude staff. After just getting our drinks and walking to find a spot to stand, one of the staff absolutely bodied my friend and I. My boyfriend called him out, and the staff member tried to fight us! Do not recommend unless you want to be harassed by someone looking to get into a fight.

Went for a girl's night out at the Barbie pop up and it was even more awesome than we expected! We arrived right when they opened so as to avoid the crowds. Our Ken bartender was the absolute best and so cute!!! Great drinks and not too pricey. The decor was so awesome and the photo ops were great. Best fries ever! Can't wait to return!

I'm a Barbie girl! The Barbie pop-up was decorated so lovely from the moment you walk up to the door you can tell there was time spent in detail. You walk in and you are immediately flooded with pink because the lighting makes everything sort of glow in pink. The walls had Barbie dream house life size photos and there were lots of photo opportunities. The service was great, we were greeted immediately as we sat at the bar top. The drinks were also amazing! They had a great variety of Barbie theme drinks. If you wanted tequila, whiskey or gin; there was a drink for you. I tried the "sugar daddy" which was a whiskey and peach frozen drink with peach rings on top. It sounded like a lot of sugar but it was just right ! Only drawback of the night - NO FOOD. They stop serving food at 9 PM because the kitchen is not located on the premises, which is understandable. We were told they do at least 2 to 3 themes every year, so definitely check their social medias.

Went for the Barbie themed Bar. The place is a lot smaller than I thought and they do take chairs away after a certain time. But the bartenders were all so nice and very attentive. The food is from next door but the BEST BAR FOOD ever. Drinks were a 8/10 and pricing was very affordable. Decorations were cute but not very spacious, music sometimes too loud, and I wouldn’t personally stay here any longer than 1 hour.Parking: You can ask valet where free parking is. They were great in providing details

I'm obsessed with the new Barbie movie and pink is my favorite color, so when I saw this spot on the gram I knew I had to check it out. I'm 8 and a half months pregnant but that didn't stop me from going to enjoy a few mocktails with my hubby! The Barbie themed pop up ends the end of September so make sure y'all go! I loved the decor! Barbies hanging from the ceiling, the pink corvet and disco balls. It was really a vibe! I took a lot of cute photos. Now I had to take a star away because the drinks were overpriced (as to be expected) but they weren't that great. I only had virgin margaritas but the presentation and the taste were a thumbs down. The bartenders were nice though. Overall I had a good time and I'll be back for another theme! This is a great spot for girl friends to come hang out!

We went to The Whip Barbie pop up bar for a few drinks! The atmosphere was interesting with Barbie dolls hanging from the ceiling, some photo ops, a blacklight lounge area, and Barbie posters and outfits hanging on the walls. They had a cute Barbie-themed cocktail menu. My friends tried the Party Punch, She's Everything, Plastic Life, and Beach Drink. All the drinks were extremely sweet but very cute and pink of course! The drinks were pretty pricey, but there was no cover charge for the pop up bar. The bartenders were friendly, quick, and helpful! Overall, it was a cute, fun experience, but I didn't personally enjoy the drinks and the atmosphere/decor was not quite what I expected!
