We had a wonderful experience at this location working with Roxanne! She was friendly, solution-oriented, and knowledgeable. She made finding the right client gift easy—and fast! She helped us with selections, packaging choices, and a card to top it off. She also informed us of upcoming specials, new cookie and brownie options, things to consider for future orders, and was an overall joy and pleasure to work with. In addition the store was clean and welcoming. Our clients loved the gift and we look forward to our next visit!
The customer service is terrible! A lot of customers were waiting to place the orders, there was no one on the counter while they were in the back seeing that people were coming in and nobody would go to get our orders!
Sends uber order not sealed so one box of cookies was stolen.
Nice cookies
Expect to wait!
Absolutely terrible experience at Tiff’s Treats. I’ve been waiting a long time to finally try the Dubai Chocolate Cookies, so I made the trip and got there at 7:45pm — plenty of time before their 10pm closing. To my shock, they were already “out.”
When I asked if more could be made, the staff flat-out refused. Not just once, but every time I asked. It was clear they had no interest in helping or even pretending to care. I was basically begging for cookies at a cookie shop — how ridiculous is that?
What makes this even worse is that it was my wife’s birthday. I wanted to surprise her with the cookies she’s been looking forward to, and instead we were left completely disappointed. Instead of a special treat, we got frustration and zero effort from the staff.
Honestly, this place does not live up to the hype. If they can’t even keep their signature item in stock or make an effort to help customers hours before closing, what’s the point? Don’t waste your time or money expecting good service here — you’ll likely leave just as frustrated as we did.
Cookies warmed to perfection. The ladies were very sweet and happy to help. A clean, spotless, and cool location! Miss Kimberly was professional and kind. Thank you, ladies; kudos!
Great service each visit! My son loves the m&m cookies while I lean to the snickerdoodles! Always a great treat before dinner (smile)! #CoolMomAlert
Second visit in a row where the cashiers state the charge did not go through. They will tell you just wait for the pending charge to drop off. 14 days later, the charge had to be disputed. Thennnnn, they get frustrated because no one wants to change the printer receipt paper since it’s just another chore for them.
I have gotten delivery and went to the store to pick up. The packaging of the box and bag is definitely premium and I'm sure plays a significant role in their pricing. It makes a wonderful gift being packaged that way. The cookies come warm which is lovely and they layer the cookies so they don't stick together. With that being said the size of the cookies is much smaller compared to other premium brands. They also don't have a strong taste for whatever flavor your are purchasing as they taste very similar. The biggest disappointment though is when ordering you must order by the half dozen. So for a dozen cookies that means you're only allowed two flavors. My interactions with staff has always been very professional and warm. Overall based on price and what you receive I would have to recommend the other premium brands.

Ms Alyssa and miss ida was very helpful and always displayed great customer service
Yummy! I love this place for the most part. Service is hit or miss, at this location. But the cookies are delicious!
Cookies weren’t bad but didn’t taste that different from something bought at grocery store bakery for much cheaper. For $2 each I won’t be coming back.
The cookies are excellent!!! But the customer service kinda sucks. They are so busy and focused it comes off as rude.
Fine enough pecan chocolate chip cookie but felt I could make nearly the same quality at home.
