First time trying to order delivery…2 hours and no cookies. Called to get an update and was told the last bake is at 9:40 and I’d receive my cookies at 10:30. Kind of defeats the purpose of baking them fresh before delivery and thus the long wait times…asked for a manager and got sent to a call center in Austin so there was little he could do.

Oh, y'all. I called and in less than an hour they delivered warm fresh cookies to the nurses in ICU at UT Southwestern. They were so beautifully packaged and presented. Who needs flowers when you can send hot fresh cookies for everyone to enjoy. More impressive and affordable!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the second time my order is late. Actually,my order the second time didn't arrive. The order was supposed to be delivered from 1p.m. to 5 p.m. it is almost 8p.m. and nothing. I have been calling to get an updated said it should be delivered in 15 mins and hour and half later and nothing. Called again this time they have no ETA. If they can not handle the delivery load why accept the order. Smh

I came in on 1-6-24 to get cookies. I asked for the bathroom code and the male, Asian employee in glasses and a cap said the bathroom was for “employees” only. I then asked EVEN for PAYING customers and he said “Yes”. The bathroom is in the lobby, I am a paying customer and I should be allowedTo use the bathroom. This is a ridiculous rule. Management should be ashamed of themselves if they made this rule. There’s lots of Homeless people Downtown BUT I’m CLEARLY not homeless
