If you place an order after 9pm there's a 50/50 chance you won't get it. After waiting over an hour for delivery, they just call you from a private number with some bogus reason for not delivering and then they're closed. No customer service, no refund options. You're just SOL. Could've just baked your own dozen and saved your $ in a pandemic.
I am from out of town and just visited your bakery. The cookies taste excellent, but that’s not what stood out. It was the young gentleman that assisted me. I haven’t had a lot of great customer service since I’ve been in Dallas. I didn’t get his name, but he was very warm and hospitable, offered a genuine smile, and made conversation.
