Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

Love tiff treats cookies, but the customer service at this location is extremely lacking. When I asked the person in the front for a box for my cookies he said they don’t have boxes & when I questioned it and explained I was traveling, he said he just refused to give me a box for my cookies because I didn’t buy enough. I then had to ask for a bag as he rudely handed me my cookies. I definitely won’t be back to location.

I hate to leave this low review because I LOOOOOOoooove me some Tiffs Treats. However, the Town East location is my favorite and the best. I went to the location on Hillctest nd their cookies were on the thick side nd the customer service was not good. Pretty shocking for that area. Just left the Addison location where I’ve been a few times but feeling like I may have to drive way to Mesquite from now on. This location cookies are thicker than Town East as well, customer service is not good and there is NEVER anyone in the front. I had to call for someone a few times . That’s unacceptable for this are as well. This may be my last time. If I don’t feel like driving to Mesquite I’ll just go across the street to Good American Cookie. At least they greet you and are happy when you walk in. I appreciate that and feel welcomed. So at this point if you want a real Tiff Treat experience go to the one in Mesquite.

Just wanted to leave my experience here that the cookies are great and I wanted to have them again after a long time. Ik they close at 10pm and I arrived at the dot 10pm. The door was open and the two employees said were closed. Like ik you guys getting to close up but at least it would been appreciated highly if you would had taken two minutes out of your time and give the cookies out from the racks that was there. I wasn’t even going to order boxes. Just couple that was already racked. Like idk what you guys do with the extra cookies; maybe throw them or use it for the next day??
But the service wasn’t nice approaching 😔

Tiff's Treats cookie recipe appears to have changed. They now resemble grocery store cookies. I recall when Tiff's Treats cookies were soft, gooey, and nearly fell apart. Now, they are just small grocery bakery-style cookies. They focus heavily on delivery services. Tiff's Treats seems less about cookies and more about sending thank-you gifts, with extra costs added just to send a box of average cookies, often totaling over $50. There are better local cookie shops nearby that you can support!

This location has offered the absolute worst experience I have ever had from Tiffs Treats. From the Uber Driver yelling at my wife in spanish and threatening to cancel the order to the poor management not caring that they delivered an order that was not what I ordered because they did not have what was ordered. They also lied saying they called prior to sending what they would like... No calls, no voicemails were received. I'm reaching out to corporate to make sure they know/understand how poorly managed this location is...

I ordered from the Dallas Addison location this evening ( Sunday) Father’s Day. I just want to compliment the young man that was working tonight. He was the only person working inside the store & there was a line all the way outside. He remained calm and worked with each customer one by one. Even with being by himself he displayed great customer service and awesome service. He had a smile & greeted each one of us. I know what it’s like to work short handed and be busy it is rough! Especially when it is a line outside and you’re the only person preparing orders, taking orders and payments alone ! I wasn’t able to give him a tip as I did not have cash BUT I know it’s something the store can do for him! This is what you call an awesome employee! He did all of this by himself and still kept a smile! My cookies were fresh and hot & of course delicious.

We ordered some cookies this past weekend. The cookies arrived nice and warm. The double chocolate cookies were good, but the chocolate cookies were not. I'm not sure if the dough was mixed with another cookie. The chocolate chip cookies tasted like peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips. I gave them to a family member who didn't like them as well, so they ended up in the trash. I'm hesitant to order anymore cookies from this location.

So many places claim to have good cookies and I am always disappointed. My daughter really wanted a cookie and we were driving by, so I was thinking buy some dough cookies from store and bake myself or give another cookie shop one last try.In the case they looked liked ordinary cookies, but the taste blew me away. Even my 3 year old was impressed. We had chocolate chip pecan and mm's.Great job guys and Tiff ?!

Tiffs Treats has horrible Customer Service !!

Had an issue w/ placing my order online. Called the store & was helped by Keeley, who was patient & went so far as to place the order for me manually. Really appreciate the above & beyond customer service from her!
