Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

This location has offered the absolute worst experience I have ever had from Tiffs Treats. From the Uber Driver yelling at my wife in spanish and threatening to cancel the order to the poor management not caring that they delivered an order that was not what I ordered because they did not have what was ordered. They also lied saying they called prior to sending what they would like... No calls, no voicemails were received. I'm reaching out to corporate to make sure they know/understand how poorly managed this location is...

I ordered from the Dallas Addison location this evening ( Sunday) Father’s Day. I just want to compliment the young man that was working tonight. He was the only person working inside the store & there was a line all the way outside. He remained calm and worked with each customer one by one. Even with being by himself he displayed great customer service and awesome service. He had a smile & greeted each one of us. I know what it’s like to work short handed and be busy it is rough! Especially when it is a line outside and you’re the only person preparing orders, taking orders and payments alone ! I wasn’t able to give him a tip as I did not have cash BUT I know it’s something the store can do for him! This is what you call an awesome employee! He did all of this by himself and still kept a smile! My cookies were fresh and hot & of course delicious.

We ordered some cookies this past weekend. The cookies arrived nice and warm. The double chocolate cookies were good, but the chocolate cookies were not. I'm not sure if the dough was mixed with another cookie. The chocolate chip cookies tasted like peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips. I gave them to a family member who didn't like them as well, so they ended up in the trash. I'm hesitant to order anymore cookies from this location.

So many places claim to have good cookies and I am always disappointed. My daughter really wanted a cookie and we were driving by, so I was thinking buy some dough cookies from store and bake myself or give another cookie shop one last try.In the case they looked liked ordinary cookies, but the taste blew me away. Even my 3 year old was impressed. We had chocolate chip pecan and mm's.Great job guys and Tiff ?!

Do NOT order from this location. The workers arent helpful and do not care. I was left on hold, hung up on twice after requesting a refund.

Tiffs Treats has horrible Customer Service !!

Had an issue w/ placing my order online. Called the store & was helped by Keeley, who was patient & went so far as to place the order for me manually. Really appreciate the above & beyond customer service from her!

Jesse from Addison was a amazing delivery driver ! So friendly and made sure I got my delivery even though the address was slightly wrong , awesome customer service thank you Jesse!

Ordered from out of state for 60th birthday delivery in Carrollton. From my end, I had a hiccup with delivery date. Call center communicating was easy for postponement of the order. Delivery was timely. The greeting was an actual Tiff card. Not a printed piece of paper.Received picture of delivery via email. Cookies were warm. If needed I will order from the Addison, TX store again.

Came in yesterday on my lunch break … and I guess I took too long to unlock my card (you know trying to prevent theft) the worker literally throws my cookies in the window and walks off & goes work on another order like I already had to wait when I came in and no one was even in there. I had to call him back after a few mins like hey I swiped my card it showed approved can I get my cookies ??? I need to leave. Cherry on top the cookies were hard and weren’t even fresh!

Delivered raw and undercooked blondies. Extremely disappointing.

Really shouldn't ask what time deliveries should be made if you can't keep the schedule. Cookies were good. Delivery was late.
