First time buying from here, place looked neat and clean. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable but the cookies, I don't know what to say, maybe an off day to give the benefit of the doubt. Got a dozen packed for my daughter and son, after getting home we tried them and they were too sweet even for my taste and I got a sweet tooth ;] so they need to take it easy on the sugar imo. Taste can also be improved. Also tied the cookie batter covered with chocolate and had to return and exchange for a brownie.Taste 4/10 Texture 7/10.Based on my experience I will not be recommending this place to friends or relatives.Dietary restrictions: Too much sugar in cookies. Definitely not the best option at the least for a sugar patient or kids.

The cookies were good enough. Ordered to go, everything was fine. Truly though, the cookies were just alright. On par with Albertsons, but more expensive. Maybe it was an off day.

I got 2 brownies. One chocolate & one blonde. They were pretty hard so I waited to get to my hotel to warm them. That didn't even help. I visited between 3-4 or right around there. The case was pretty bare but I've had most all of these. I trusted. Never again.

Just got an email today for $5 unlimited dozens at Mesquite Texas location for grand opening. Did an online order for 2 dozen cookies and automated reply said limit reached for today at this store and would not give me the deal. Called them directly and they didn't seem to care. What a great way to gain loyal customers at a new location...False Advertising. Thanks for nothing Tiffs Treats!

I've heard lots of great things about this place so i decided to try it out. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the place looked clean, so that's always a plus. So I got few cookies and I will say that I might have my expectations a little high because my godmother made the absolute best oatmeal raisin cookies and I've yet to have one like hers. However these were soft so I was excited about that as most people over bake them. However the thing that struck me odd was tasting the salt in the cookie. When I bit into it I felt like someone had sprinkled salt on my tongue and I just couldn't get past that. I will also say that I was slightly irritated when I finally got there as my map had me driving around in circles trying to find them. When I called no one answered and there is construction taking place so it's not just simply crossing the street (heads up it's in the parking lot with Albertsons). Maybe it's just me, and I'm willing to accept that, as I said most of my friends swoon over these cookies.

Usually love tiffs treats, however I walked into this location and the workers stayed in the back, not acknowledging me, talking and maybe doing prep work. Where is the cashier to greet customers and take their orders? Makes no sense.
