Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

My cookies came burned. I’ve never had them come hard and crunchy and burned. Reached out to have them come back and get them. Not worth paying for. Can’t figure out how to post pics or I would.

2/10 don’t recommend. Dry with NO flavor. I hope everyone gets a refund 🙏🏼

The chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Sent those and the lemon cookies to my husband and he loved them. The pricing is good as well as the size of the cookies. The delivery instructions were followed perfectly. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks Tiff's Treats for being awesome!

I had a craving for some chocolate chip cookies so I visited Tiff's Treats in the Kessler Park area of North Oak Cliff. I ordered them online and went in to pick them up. I admit, I was about 30 minutes late for my scheduled pick-up time. I was greeted and the clerk happily handed me my box of delights, which were still warm to the touch. The cookies were soft, warm and delicious. Thank you to the team at the Tiff's Treats in Kessler - North Oak Cliff!

While I love your cookies, you’ve raised your prices 2x in the last 2-3 months! Before tip by $6! SMH…… is this to cover all your summer pass cookies?! This is just crazy, and meanwhile I pay for a subscription too! Really pretty disappointing!

Went and picked up some goodies for the kids first day of school surprise. The service was outstanding and the treats were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this location!

I placed a bday order for a long time friend. Upon arrival the cookie flavors were incorrect. I called early this morning to notify the store. Selina took ownership even though it wasn’t her mistake and immediately showed empathy for my concern. Her apology made me feel valued. She went above and BEYONDDDDDD to make things right. I admired her attention to detail to ensure the gift message and replacement order were correct and delivered without a hiccup. ??? Thanks Celina!!

Good treats but whoever delivered driving a white Tiffs Treats company vehicle on N Windomere just now at 845p in a residential neighborhood was absolutely BLASTING rap music with their windows down while they parked, left the car running, and made their delivery. I could hear the words through the walls a house across the street, and not even directly across. Have some decency - it's a family neighborhood with people trying to sleep, not a club. This was the closest Tiffs Treats, so figured this is the best shot to bring it up.

The cookies had an odd taste and the trio of brownies were hard and stale. Fortunately, I was NOT sending these as a gift. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and not happy I had spent money to support a female owner business.

Delivery sucks, took two hours and was delivered to the wrong address. I tried to contact customer support but they are no help. Hung up on me theee times
