These cookies are so scrumptious! I love the Peanut Butter and the Oatmeal Raisin! My girls love the Golden and Chocolate Dubai cookies! Will order again and highly recommend Tiff's Treats! 🩷🥰

Bought from them one time overpriced and nothing special. It’s a cookie plus they were so warm that they were all glued together, and we had to try and pry them apart with little success.

Online order always on time and delicious

Arrived around 6 to place an order in-store. Store was clean and they had plenty of each flavor in stock on display.

Richard was incredibly nice and patient as I picked out my cookies. He even offered me recommendations based on what I’ve already tried and took his time carefully packing up my order.

I’ll definitely be back!

So we got the Dubai chocolate, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip, oatmeal rasin, oatmeal chocolate chip, a chocolate brownie and a salted caramel blondie. All. Of. Them. are good! They are fresh and delicious. They put the perfect amount of creme filling in the middle of the Dubai chocolate cookies. Some of the topping did fall of the top so be careful taking that first bite! I have zero complaints. The smell of the shop had me so ready to try the cookies! The packaging is too cute. They also have different packaging options for multiple occasions! A dozen of these would make a great present for anyone who is a fan of cookies/sweets! Thanks Tiff 😊

They really need to stop whatever they are doing and acknowledge us customers that have walked in - they continue to do 10 plus more things before coming to the front to help us .
I get it they are getting orders ready but a crowd of people lined up waiting for someone to help them out is not ok .

Absolutely terrible experience at Tiff’s Treats. I’ve been waiting a long time to finally try the Dubai Chocolate Cookies, so I made the trip and got there at 7:45pm — plenty of time before their 10pm closing. To my shock, they were already “out.”

When I asked if more could be made, the staff flat-out refused. Not just once, but every time I asked. It was clear they had no interest in helping or even pretending to care. I was basically begging for cookies at a cookie shop — how ridiculous is that?

What makes this even worse is that it was my wife’s birthday. I wanted to surprise her with the cookies she’s been looking forward to, and instead we were left completely disappointed. Instead of a special treat, we got frustration and zero effort from the staff.

Honestly, this place does not live up to the hype. If they can’t even keep their signature item in stock or make an effort to help customers hours before closing, what’s the point? Don’t waste your time or money expecting good service here — you’ll likely leave just as frustrated as we did.

Quick delivery and widely available

I was able to do Tiff’s Cookie promo they did for July and August. It has been so wonderful picking up cookies all around the country and delivering them to friends and family when we are visiting. Your blueberry muffin cookies are absolutely amazing and I love the lemon ones. You pick them up nice and warm and the packaging is so cute. Definitely have turned on lots of family and friends to your brand Would highly recommend

Staff was extremely helpful and polite.
I tried the blueberry cookie of the month, double chocolate chip, and a peanut butter cookie. The blueberry cookie tasted like a muffin. I will say, all the cookies were okay. This was my first time trying the cookies and I love a peanut butter cookie - heavy on the peanut butter. The cookies didn't have a strong taste. The price was reasonable. They have other items like brownies, etc. You can try those. For me, I prefer a more distinct taste.

I placed my order at 8:30 PM. I arrived and went in the store at 8:52 PM. He advised they would be another 5 mins. They helped over 8 people before while I stood in the lobby corner that’s probably 100 sq ft.

Just to finish with everyone else and FINALLY ask me again “I’m sorry what was you here for?”

I’m extremely irritated for the lack of communication, response, service, and effort. Being a tiff treat elite member seems very pointless and I will be considering removing my membership due to this experience.

After waiting in the lobby over 20 mins and was emptied out - when it should’ve been 5 minutes at most. I received my order at 9:16 PM.

My son just moved to Texas from Florida and it was his first birthday away from home. I ordered the cookies for him and his roommates and they all loved them. Thank you for helping this mom feel like part of my son's special day when he lives so far away now.
