I went to tiny victories on 6/13. The drinks were good and service is good and I'd definitely go again. But I had an issue with the volume of the music. Tiny victories has a vibe of a speakeasy but the music was so loud for no reason. It didnt look like the intention of the place was to dance as no one was doing so. I was screaming to talk to the person sitting across from me and even then, I was more so reading lips than hearing anything. Would definitely give the place...
