This place is absolutely beautiful. You can take so many great pictures. The atmosphere was so cool and fun. For some odd reason it was a few police officers walking around looking for trouble which is ridiculous honestly. And the manager was rude and ugly. It honestly make the experience not enjoyable but we did enjoy ourselves.
Very cool christmas pop up, the decorations are nice but the prices of the drinks are a bit inflated. There's a bunch of bars within the pop up, but make sure to arrive early or have a reservation because the line at 9pm on Saturday was just unbelievable.
My husband and I went to tipsy elf the second weekend of December on a Saturday night. We arrived to bishop arts around 7:45pm and the big parking lot next to tipsy elf was already full. If you’re patient you can circle around and wait for people to leave but we went one street back and luckily found a spot at the library which is free. Street parking was full too. Once we walked over maybe a short 5 minute walk to tipsy elf at 8pm there was already a line. We ended up waiting...
