The Coffee was amazing!! The cafe was very clean and beautiful, such an amazing place to study. The ladies who worked at the front counter were very sweet and funny! Their smiles are very beautiful! Will be returning again!! I will recommend this place to everyone.

It was so classy walking in and the atmosphere was fresh and clean. I could see this place being used as an Internet cafe, or even a place where work from home customers go to get out of the house. The staff were very kind and helpful. With a wide variety of drink and menu options! They have everything from snacks to great lunch options.

Service and atmosphere were totally fine. The cold brew just wasn’t the best choice for me—it had a bitter taste with a hint of chocolate and something else. I wanted to order something like a cappuccino, but unfortunately, they didn’t have skim milk or unsweetened soy.

In the morning it was nice and quiet unlike the always obnoxiously loud and noisy Starbucks. Upscale environment with pleasing aesthetics. Comparable to Starbucks for quality of food and coffee and prices, although I think it's better. Nice baristas who will talk to you and make sure you understand the more complex orders if you have questions. It is now my favorite place for a coffee.

Ordered the horchata latte and it tasted like I was drinking pure sugar. Too damn sweet. The two workers working here at the moment doesn't seem to care about their jobs. This was 4pm on a Wednesday . The portions of the food are so small . Eat at home and make your own coffee at home.
They were out of three out of six types of pretzels. When I asked if they had Greek yogurt, the staff had to call her manager to check (they didn’t). None of the breakfast items I wanted were available in the morning. The staffing was low, and the management seemed terrible. The baristas were nice, though.

I have been a loyal customer for nearly 2 years, and my go-to drink has always been the pumpkin spice latte. Every time I've visited this store, I've ordered it without fail. However, today I ordered the same drink extra hot, and they served it ice cold. Worse, there was no taste of pumpkin in it. I informed them that it didn't taste like a pumpkin spice latte and asked for a remake, but the second one was just as bad as the first, if not worse. I want to tell the owner of this café to hire staff who actually know how to make coffee and can understand English. They couldn't even comprehend what I was saying. This was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning to this café again.

Was there a change of management? It was really nice before but now it’s just horrible. People at the register were non existent. Drinks were incredibly disgusting (drank a couple sips and threw it all away). Iced Matcha Latte came out very warm with a couple of ice cubes. Caramel Tomnccino was pretty much melted. While drinking, we both felt like throwing up. What a waste of $16. Want the WiFi password? You would have to purchase something and then they would show you a sticky note behind a sign that says “WiFi is for Purchasing customers only”. No background music as well. Just dead silence.
Good things about the cafe is that the interior is nice. Other than that, I would highly not recommend this place. Go to the Tom n Tom’s in Carrollton.

I had a wonderful time with my colleagues. The accommodations were suitable for an extended stay.
The service was satisfactory, however, I observed the bartender engaging in unhygienic practices. She was seen picking her teeth with her fingers and did not wash her hands before preparing drinks for other customers. This incident left me feeling rather disgusted.
