It's 50 dollars!
Horrible. IMO, stay somewhere else.
Had a wonderful weekend. Staff was incredible.

The have Pelotons. Enough said.
My stay at this Hilton was bad from start to finish. I have Never experienced anything even close to this bad at a Hilton property. The employees were dismissive and in some cases downright rude. The biggest issue was that I found that the hotel had made a simple mistake with the charges to my room. When I called to discuss with the front desk, the attendant disregarded me completely. When I went to the front desk to discuss, the manager was astonishingly rude and aggressive, to the point where I felt threatened and left the property. It took calling the Hilton diamond member line to have this simple billing issue resolved. I should add that the help line fixed the problem immediately because and notes it was a mistake the hotel had made. This was not the only issue wi tv the property. Try another spot.
Like many have noted, the rooms are noisy. You can hear people having just normal conversations in the next room. DO NOT get a room facing the freeway!!! Could not sleep with the constant cars noises. Rooms were decent and also decent beds. I would say it’s 3* with terrible acoustics,
We stayed in a very nice corner room. The furniture was a little dated but well kept. Parking was free and had very easy access to the front entrance. This is a nice hotel and the problem wasn't with our stay, but the way management dealt with and resolved our issue. We were incorrectly charged a room service fee for dining. The fee was on the final bill - charged to the credit card and not on the printed receipt when we checked out. I noticed this a few days after our stay. I spoke with the Director of Operations and after investigating further, he emailed "there was room service delivered to your room. Either you or your roommate got it and just forgot." Ordering room service is something neither my wife nor I would FORGET!! Attached is a copy of the receipt that was forwarded to me. From this receipt you can see the following: - This is a dining room ticket, not a room service ticket and not a to-go order ticket. - The ticket on the right is what was presented to the guest and signed. The ticket on the left is AFTER the server closed out the sale. - This was a single diner that sat at table number 34. - The person dined at 6:50 AM and was served by Hanna. - The person did not print their name and signed room 518. Because Room 518 does not exist, Hanna the server transposed the numbers from 518 to 815 when she closed the ticket. 815 was OUR room. When I brought this up to the Director of Operations, he was willing for me to dispute the charge with American Express as a write off rather than fix the problem himself. After further arguing, he agreed to credit the charge as a ONE TIME COURTESY!! Insinuating that the mistake was MINE and not theirs!! Though this issue has been resolved, and the discrepancy was for only $32, it was the passive aggressive insistence that I was trying to scam a free meal is what chaps my hide. Harumph!
We had 4 day reservation starting Sep. 28. We arrived at the Hilton about 6 pm. Checked in and went up to a 87 degree room. I called the desk and they said it would take about 2 hours to cool down. We went to eat and came back and it was still 87. The desk finally told me the A/C was broke and they did not know when it was coming back up. I said I cannot sleep like this and am checking out they said OK. I checked out . My problem is they knew it was broke when I checked in. They should have told me and tried to help me find another room close by. They did not. I met some poor guy that had been on the road all day. They told him the same story. I should have known there was a problem when I drove up to hotel and there was no cars in the lot. I had to find a room on my on. I did find a Hampton Inn up the street. The desk could have offered to find this for me and they did not. It looks to me you need some more training for your desk employees on customer service.
Very noisy rooms from next door highway and generators that feels right outside the window. Wanted dripping from lobby ceiling!

I don’t think there is enough security in place,a vehicle should not be stolen from the property and no cameras see anything.
My daughter and I stayed here for four nights while she was getting settled in a new apartment. The hotel is in an excellent location-very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. and the service was top notch. The staff stored our excess luggage overnight, went out of their way to provide attentive service at the bar and restaurant and was on top of housekeeping. Room was in very good condition and spotlessly clean. Free parking was also appreciated.
My wife and I spent a great 4d/3n time here the weekend right before July 4th. It was an experience beyond expectations, the hotel is beautiful: nice, clean, modern, elegant. Wonderful staff at the Reception. It is also well located, maybe 10 min from downtown. From here, easy to get to Arboretum. Super pleasant experience, I will definitely consider it again if we go to Dallas.
I felt truly welcomed when I walked into the hotel. Dee Dee and her staff were very friendly and had smiles on their faces.. I was upgraded to a Suite with out even asking. I loved the spacious room and it had an amazing view with all the WINDOWS!!
We were given a room right next to the elevator. The smell of mold was strong. When I entered the bathroom there was a half dead cockroach on the floor. Horrific! So we took all our bags downstairs to request a room change. They, again, gave us a room by the elevator and now by the ice machine, which looked like a science experiment. I went into the bathroom to take a shower. I rolled out a towel and OMG a long piece of hair came along from inside rolled towel. Needless to say I didn’t use any towels nor did I take a shower. Please management do something about this place.
