The new ordering kiosks are terrible. So slow compared to service before. People aren't confusing using them and the line to order is much longer... So, they've made the customer experience worse rather than better. I walked out after waiting to order for twenty minutes and barely moving in line. I would end the kiosk experiment. The food is still good, but don't make things more difficult for your customers.

Delicious!! I got the Big Tipsy bowl with cilantro rice and Grilled chicken and added shrimp I tried alll their sauces the girl behind the counter was sooo nice! I think her name was Alex? Super fast and easy and delish!! It was so big I couldn’t finish it lol will def be back. Very good and great customer service!! Thank you for Jamie as well for fixing my bowl both of them were very pleasant and had great customer service!!

Longtime fan of Torchy’s and the staff at this location is very friendly, so it’s baffling that I walked in this morning and instead of some dumb, inoffensive sports show that’s normally on, they’re playing racist, right wing propaganda channel Fox News. Really? These are your values as a company? Do better (and give your employees a raise, they deserve it).

There was hair in my sauce, and they forget the main sauce that goes with the taco to compensate for the flavor. I was told that since I did not order directly through Torchy's that I had to communicate with the 3rd party first, and they would take care of it. It was confusing because if they made the food, would they not be responsible for making sure that both the taste, quality, and product was correct? Why is that responsibility on the 3rd party? I told them about the hair and missing item but not one time did they apologize or take responsibility for either things. I honestly am very disappointed because this use to be one of my favorite places, but this experience has truly left an indelible impression on future purchases. The third party was fine and willing to assist. The restaurant just passed the buck to the 3rd party. I gave a 5 for the atmosphere because my food was delivered. It is unfair to rate something low that I did not experience. Plus, the delivery driver did a marvelous job. I wasted money, but at least the third party company did their part. Shout out to Door Dash for being about the customer. Please just make sure to check your food when you buy it. Nothing is perfect, but attention to details is imperative in the food industry.
