Toulouse Reviews
The staff were GREAT! The prices were quite reasonable. We enjoyed the one in Plano. I do not recommend this location. It was an uncomfortable, loud, and overly crowded experience. The worst part was that I ordered risotto. What was brought to me was uncle Ben’s rice. It made me very sad.
For French restaurants it was really good
Good place to dine in and waiter is good

Toulouse offers great food and service, with engaging staff. The atmosphere is cool and stylish, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening. Many guests enjoy the French bistro vibe and the warm welcome. The patio is perfect for brunch and provides a lovely setting, next to the Katy Trail, although it can become crowded and noisy, which makes conversation difficult. Some reports mention flies around the outdoor dining area, which detracts from the experience. Inside, the restaurant is very loud, requiring guests to yell to be heard. Despite these issues, the quality of the food remains high, with dishes like the sea bass nightly fish special and the filet au poivre consistently well-received. The mussels and duck confit are popular choices, and the desserts, including cheesecake and soufflé, are highly praised. Recent reviews highlight the excellent service and the wonderful food. The drinks are well-made and the food is perfectly cooked and served, with generous portions. The whole experience is excellent, making it a great night out and a worthwhile dining experience, especially for larger groups celebrating special occasions. Parking can be challenging due to street congestion, but the option to make reservations is appreciated by many.
