The place was empty on a Saturday evening. They're definitely not known for their food. How hard is it to make some good flavor buffalo wings and their baked chicken was bland. That's the second time we all had tried their food, the only reason to come back is for maybe the drink specials.

This past Sunday, my boyfriend and friends celebrated his birthday at Trophy Chest, and the experience was exceptional. The booking process was seamless, thanks to the manager, Cole, who was extremely helpful and made the process effortless. Upon arrival, Cole personally greeted us and informed us that our waitress would be assisting us shortly.

Our waitress, Shalel, provided outstanding service from start to finish. Both Cole and Shalel checked on us throughout the evening, ensuring we had everything we needed. The entire staff delivered excellent customer service, making our experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend Trophy Chest and give it a 10 out of 10.

This place was ruined by a manager who was a complete jerk. It's really too bad because the food was decent. The service wasn't bad. And the girls were mostly friendly. Just one manager had to be horrible and ruin my time there. I had a good time a couple of months before this visit. So I went back. Now because of that manager I will not be back. They lost a customer.

Allowed a 49 disabled open heart female to be stomp in head by 4 men and a girl while family watched crying on inside. All we got was an apology. They allowed the men back in club with guns. If u wanna be safe DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!

I’ve been going to this place for awhile but for the last 2 times the service has sucked!!! Tonight was the worse it has been. I had 3 waitresses who came to my table one wasn’t even our waitress and gave helped us with a water refill quick. We waited for like 20 mins just for water when we sat down even the manager noticed us looking around and came to the table. Then we ordered and we ate. Not one time anyone came to check on us I literally had to get up and go to the bar to ask for a drink. He noticed and I told him what was going on. I sat down when it came to paying the bill we had been sitting and sitting and no one time was checked on. Then the waitress brought us a bottle water that was OPEN!! She came back and asked us if we wanted it we told her no and she looked at my friend weird and then walk some off and then came back to us asking us we opened it we told her no this is why we didn’t drink it. She then said oh she was going to give it to another customer if it was closed!! Like seriously. This is why you have lost customers because your waitresses are not helping PAYING customers or let me say they are picking and choosing who they want to help! I’ve came here for awhile and noticed and was told this is why people don’t go here anymore because the service is horrible!

"This place was a complete disaster. First off, it’s not even a sports bar but a club with deafening music, making it impossible to enjoy anything. The service was terrible—while I went out to smoke (after notifying the staff), someone stole my food, and the waiters didn’t even notice or care. To top it all off, they turned off the TVs at 11:45 pm even though the place closes at 12 pm, so I couldn’t even finish watching the hockey game. When I complained, a security guard (or someone from the staff) came over and started being rude to me instead of addressing the issue. The whole experience was horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re hoping for decent service or a respectful environment."
