The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. After waiting over 2 hours for a delivery made directly through Tropical smoothie, there was no consideration in the inconvenience of my time.
Instead of dealing with an issue from their end, after numerous calls to the store with no answer the “manager” answers and immediately puts down the phone but doesn’t hang up. As I type this the phone line is ringing busy, affecting other callers just because they don’t want to help. I didn’t ask Tropical Smoothie to partner with Door Dash so why is the end result that I just won’t get my food or money back immediately and no compensation whatsoever?

All the ladies that work at the one in the location on Mockingbird they are very professional and friendly and fast. I love the chicken Caesar wrap with the jalapeno corn.

Vegetarian options: They make a nice salad as well

Walked in to pick up my online order, girl at the counter ignores me and keeps cleaning out the strawberry bin. Another woman walks in she services her and continues to ignore me while I see my drink sitting behind her on the back counter. Like where is the actual service in here. This is not the first time but the 2nd time within a week of poor customer service like this. Not returning to this location anymore. Sorry service at 19:43 on 07.12.24
