Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Got a pb cup smoothie at this location, it tastes super artificial and id give it a 3/10. My name is Lawrence but she put Larunes on my cup, I've never in my life seen that name. I feel like the staff hates their job and hates being there. It may not be their fault could be bad management but you know when you walk into a place and you feel unwelcome?

Plus $8 for a smoothie with a tip making it $9 is a scam in itself they don't have size options and the regular size is definitely not enough for meal replacement.

Extremely disappointed and offended by my experience here. While placing my order, a staff member named Stephanie rudely interrupted and made inappropriate, insulting assumptions about my gender and financial status. As a BORN male and a longtime customer who has supported this business with team lunches and referrals, I expected basic respect. Instead, I was met with ignorance and blatant disrespect. No manager was available to address the issue. Unacceptable behavior and a clear sign of poor training and leadership.

Good food, good people, nice building.

This place was great, very friendly people at the front. Would recommend coming here for a smoothie and maybe a breakfast item. I was told something about a happy hour and well that's awesome. I ordered a smoothie and a flat bread item and it was under $12 yeah good deal. Way better then a Starbucks trip. Would recommend coming here clean place clean bathroom a good 4 out of 5 place.

The employees here are always SO KIND. Ordering through the app is super easy. Food is quickly and accurately prepared. Everything tastes great. Website is very helpful with providing nutritional information.

My detox smoothie was made very incorrectly. Also, I paid extra for an add-in that was not added in. Beyond disappointed. 👎

The drink was not made correctly missed Kale and they add way too much syrup that made to sweet.

Love this place! The smoothies are packed with flavor, and the food options are equally tasty. The chicken pesto flatbread is amazing. Great atmosphere and quick service make it a perfect spot for a healthy treat!
