It used to be so good . Now customer service is horrible. Girl didn't wash her hands and she had hair all over herself . She was rude and said she could do what she wanted to do cause she was sister with the manager . Horrible service

Terrible customer service. I came in, and they never assisted me. I stood for almost 10 minutes. No one acknowledged I was there. There were no other customers. I ended up just walking out. I didn't say anything. This is why I never tip servers.

The food and smoothie did not taste fresh. I actually threw it away because it was not up to par! I always buy from the Frisco location and its amazing!!This location needs some work/training as they have no idea how to make smoothies or sandwiches!!

The chicken bacon ranch flatbread was delicious. Everything else there looked pretty good. Maybe next time I'll try a smoothie, lol. The staff was polite but mostly focused on whatever they were working on. Overall it was a good experience.

I ordered here today from Uber. They forgot a burrito from my order. I called to see what happened and spoke with America and Lesly who were equally rude about their mistake. Then they stated they have no way of knowing if what I said was true as if I would just have wasted my time to call and make this up. When I asked when a manager will arrive they said they didn't know. They were very short and never even said sorry. Other times I been in there the employees were talking about smoking weed right in front of me while making my food. The food is good but I will not be going to this location again. I would rather go to the one on Greenville. Shame on them for not providing customer service for their mistake. I have a new born and can't just leave the house when I want. I'm completely mortified that's who they choose to help run and business with no manager present. The food is always very sloppily made also. Very disappointed overall.
