Kitchen and Kocktails food was amazing! I will give it five stars ;however, don't get there early. Even If you have a reservation, they will sit you in a waiting room upstairs through the kitchen, with a loud noise because a club is backed up into the waiting area. The artist that were warming up for the event of the club connected to the restaurant were smoking marijuana and vaping and it clouded the waiting area that was supposed to be for Kocktails and Kitchen. They informed us when we were seated that the kitchen was running behind by 40 minutes. This did concern me because we had a car service. Also, it is stated on there website that parties less than six, only have one hour and 30 minutes to dine (that does include the time that it takes for them to get the food to you). It took them 35 minutes to get the food to us. Within seconds of packing up our remaining items to take home, the server immediately swooped in with the ticket came back within less than 5 minutes and said," we're sorry the time stay for this table is up you will have to get up and leave. I know you're waiting on the car service but I'm sorry you have to get up and leave". This was embarrassing and this is an abomination of customer service nothing about it felt warm. The atmosphere is maybe for a specific generation of people. However, this was not the place if you are a person looking for excellent customer service, someone to make you feel valued as a customer, an environment that is relaxing calm and peaceful. This is mostly for people that are seeking to find a date or a partner or are definitely not used to five Star restaurants. This is the most disappointing atmosphere I have experienced and all of my years of dining out. Dining out is a very special occasion for me and my family and this definitely was a very big disappointment. This experience ruined my birthday outing.

I made a reservation for 8pm on 11/22. We arrived 15 mins prior to our reservation. The host told us our table would be ready at 810pm. We had a seat at the bar while we waited. I checked on our table at 815pm. Still not ready. No one ever came back to us to give an update or apologize. Thank goodness for the bartender Alexis! She took great care us. Eventually at 9, we ordered food with her. She made us great drinks and kept our spirits up. We were disappointed because it was our big date night while we were in Dallas. But wanted to Alexis her credit!

The food and drinks were very good. Our server was very good and attentive. They had a DJ which it made the ambiance very pleasant. Me and my husband were on a date night so we were able to have a good conversation with DJ playing.

I ordered the infamous chicken and waffles original, but was a complete disappointment Waffles were under cooked inside (doughy)and chicken was too salty. Over priced for the value, $23.00 a leg and thigh with 4 small waffles although the presentation was fair. Music was too loud, couldn't have a conversation. They had a photographer offering to take pictures of you and companion, never experienced at a restaurant. Chairs need to be clean as they looked warned out and looked filthy .

I love kitchen and kocktails. The food is great. The drinks are great. The atmosphere is beautiful. The only thing that I have to say is that this food tends to be a bit salty but overall still delicious.

The food is delicious, but when it comes to paying for your food they bring this little machine to your table to payout mine you they already put the gratuity on your bill, even if there is 2 or more. The waiter or waitress have a nerve to ask for additional tips, but you don’t know that they already charge you gratuity and asking for more money. I don’t think this is fair and right to do. Me and my husband came for our anniversary we enjoyed everything, but telling us that you have to share your tips with others and asking for more money is very wrong. Not good for business 🤦🏼♀️
