Only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is....... The chicken is terrible - yes I tried it yet again and how do you make it so dang dry? I'm seriously wondering - its amazing that it is consistently that dry as cotton balls. There is a way to cook them healthy without serving jerky. Also, why is there no option to customize a dish except for an ingredient here and there? I order the poke bowl and every single time- basil is put in it and basil does not belong on a poke bowl. Salmon is always on point!!!!!

Hummus was great. Burger and fries were average. I wanted the air fried Buffalo chicken sandwich but it wasn't available that night. The $5 happy hour house red wine was great for the price.

Fantastic night at True Food! The food was great, but the manager, Ruslan, truly elevated the experience—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell he runs a great team!! Thank you Ruslan

I love this place! Food is consistently good, delicious and healthy. We eat here once a week either by dining in or take out.

The food is always great, but it is hard to talk because there's so many people in there and they acoustics are just not wonderful... You just have to know that ahead of time!

Plenty of good food for our seven-year-old up to our 72-year-old! We all experienced the air fried chicken dishes trying to healthy after all. The spicy carrot cake was delicious for dessert.

I can appreciate that a restaurant wants to appear that it has clean and healthy options. I can appreciate that they don't want to serve artificial ingredients or things that would be viewed less than healthy. Even the straws are biodegradable. But all that virtue signaling left this diner cold. 1. I don't consume refined sugars. And so therefore I do use artificial sweeteners or drink zero sugar beverages. There is no such option on the menu. 2. I'm highly allergic to Stevia. There are quite a few of us who react to Stevia's close relative Ragweed and so that is a problem when ordering a non alcoholic beverage. 3. Looking for an alcoholic beverage or non alcoholic one was trying to I settled on Sangria which tasted like pineapple koolAid. Upon reviewing the menu and trying to decipher it on the back patio in the darkest corner led us to depart the restaurant. No need to return. There are several casual and fast casual restaurants who have no soft drink options and only “natural” sweeteners. Unfortunately that precludes me from dining someplace where I cannot obtain a beverage that I would consume with my meal. Sadly the menu online looked good. But now I know.
