We ordered at 7:43pm by 7:49 our food was hot fresh and on the table. I have never had service this fast and the price for an enchiladas dinner was 15 dollars. I need yall to understand if you are hungry want good service clean environment come here I promise you will not be disappointed..

I’ve been coming to Tupinamba for years, and the food is consistently good. The flavors are solid and the kitchen usually delivers.
That said, the details around the table experience really need attention. The chips are often stale, which is disappointing given how important they are to a Tex-Mex meal. Even more concerning, the napkins have a rancid smell, which completely takes you out of the experience.
The food itself keeps me coming back, but tightening up these basics would make a big difference and better match the quality coming out of the kitchen.

I have been eating at Tupinamba’s for 30 years. The food has stayed true to the original recipes and that’s a good thing.
Hot sauce is made each day and changes somewhat keeping it interesting, queso is yum, their ice tea is fresh and “pairs well” haha with the Mexican food. I always get the biggest combo plate so I can devour all of their offerings. But….my absolute favorite is the Tupy Taco. Great family owned place.

Solid, old-school Tex-Mex done well. The Tupy Tacos are a must — crispy, satisfying, and kind of nostalgic. Service is friendly, portions generous, and you can tell this place has history. Not fancy, but reliable and comforting every time.
Got kinda worried when I saw most of the customers in there were older white people in their finest tropical shirts. Should've listened to my instincts. The food is very pricey and tastes like bland Taco Bell. I ordered the puffy tacos thinking the we're like Navajo tacos, nope two puffed up corn tortillas with a boat load of iceberg lettuce a little over seasoned meat, shredded cheddar and a few diced tomatoes, absolutely no sides $16. My boyfriend ordered beef fajitas once again not that much meat and a large portion of the plate was taken up by chopped lettuce with a little pico sprinkled on top, some bland rice, and small cup of pintos beans that was mostly juice. Who ever owns this place is probably saving quite a bit by having the main ingredient of every dish be chopped lettuce. Don't come here if you want decent texmex, might as well go to On the Border and get your money's worth.

The Guiso had no meat and was really salty. I told the waiter of this problem and he told me that the owner likes it this way. No Meat Guiso and Salty like the ocean and quietly eat the Borracho beans. Stay away from this place. Food and Service is HORRIBLE!
