I gave this five stars because of one reason and one reason only the manager Jordan! I had a server there who I'm not going to name but her behavior was disgraceful how she treated me during my service and after was exceptionally disgraceful I just lost the love of my life and I was lonely and just wanted to feel like I existed she ignored me and then after when I asked her what kind of tip do you think I should give she told me 50% tip and I asked her why she then proceeded to fight with me and swear at me and get aggressive with me I could not believe it I've served this country I put my life on the line for others my entire adult life and asked for nothing in return all I wanted today on Christmas Eve what's the feel like I existed but besides that Jordan the manager came and talked with me and connected with me and shared with me his struggles as well Jordan you're a good man thank you for what you did for me five stars go to you Jordan
Went there last Sunday night, they brought our food out at different times. Food was cold and it took over an hour and a half. Place was dead. So they give me 4 coupons two are expired and the one isn't even a coupon

Putting this here since customer service hasn’t responded in over a 3 weeks.
Sorry for the late response. I recently ate at your restaurant which i have done multiple times at many locations in dallas, but this one particular time was really disturbing. I sat near the back corner near the restroom. I ordered some wings and a soda as i was just there for a quick snack. As im eating alot of the servers are back near the restroom talking a lot how a girl named ale or something like that. I believe it was short for something else but they mentioned her as Ale. They just kept describing how she was going around speaking about how she slept with the manager to get her ways. I understand that women will be women but going around and talking about about it in a place of business if very unprofessional. It is just disgusting and very disturbing. This is not a strip club nor a place of selling your self. Someone needs to look into it because ive never seen a girl be more proud to go around telling other coworkers and rubbing it in their face something up profesional like this.
