Absolutely love this place. Every time I’m in town, I love to stop by here. Every time I’ve been, the workers have been friendly and seem like they genuinely enjoy their jobs. I’ve never had a bad burger here and I’m a big pickle fan so the pickle bar is a total plus. The way they plate their burgers is great and it makes the food look very appetizing (and it tastes just as good!!!). They were playing some major bops on whatever speaker system they had and once I was with my dad and they said whoever brought their dad’s wallet to the counter first got a free float and they stuck to their word. It was a very fun and engaging visit and me and my dad still joke about it to this day.
Manager was extremely rude and gave horrible customer service.Wouldn't recommend coming here.
Great burgers at the Deep Ellum, very tasty, good beer, it also has a bar, decor is really nice!!!
The food is great! The atmosphere was lively. The service was friendly. No parking though. Had to pay $15.00 to park at the parking lot. That was for 2 hours. It was $13.00 for 1 hour. We weren't sure how long we would be there. Well, a waste of parking lot money. We still had an hour left, but we can't get a refund all done online.
But the burger was fantastic 😋.
Really really good
Lots of flavor and service was great!!
One of our favorite little burger spots
We ordered burgers. My friends burger was cooked rare and so was mine. They were able to redo them, but make sure you tell them how you want your meat cooked, or it'll be rare.
I don't think my meat was cooked enough and it didn't give me an option to select med ..I would t have anyway. At home yes but not out.
Staying in Dallas for a day while on vacation. Wanted to try somewhere that was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and decided on this place. It did not disappoint. I had the Freshmen 15 amd some fries with a soft drink. The food was amazing (don't forget to try all of the pickles at the pickle bar) amd the atmosphere feels like a place that you want to hang out at. Not sure about the normal parking situation, but the road in front of the restaurant is under construction, so you have to park two lots down in a pay to park place. Maybe this is normal, I do not know for sure. Anyway, don't let that stop you from eating here as the food is worth it.
I would definitely go back to try more. The fish blt was amazing, and the brisket frise was equally as delicious.

Always great burgers.
The pickle bar is an interesting idea
The food came out super fast! Loved the Gosh Jam it! My husband had the camel, and he said it was so good.
Great burger's and service!
This place is a dump. Sticky floors, dirty tables. I wiped down my own.
Shoes were sticking to the floor.
Ordered a millionaire burger with no bun.
Salt, salt and more salt. Seems like there's a good tasting burger in there but it's hard to find under the well done over cooked burger covered in salt soaked mushrooms. The bacon the burger was less salty than the mushrooms.
730 pm on a Tuesday and it's dead. Me and one other couple (I'm here for work).
I left all of my onion strings as they were just a pile of salt. Pic is what's left. There part of a burger under there but i spit it out.
Place is gross and do not at all recommend.
