The waffles were hard, and the strawberry syrup was overly sweet. I was given the wrong smoothie, and when I started to mention it, the staff immediately acknowledged the mistake before I even finished. Made me wonder if they already knew but didn’t say anything. We were their last customer as they were closing, so maybe that affected service. Also, although they claim to use homemade whipped cream, I clearly saw them using store-bought cans, which was misleading.

Great cold brew!
Solid location.
Great grilled cheese! They have a special every Friday where grilled cheeses are $2 off. You can build your own and I ordered a cup of tomato soup as well. Everything they make is great and they are one of the best spots in the Exchange food hall.

Enjoyed an Americano with a shot of vanilla. The espresso shots were well balanced and smooth. I finished the coffee pretty fast so I don’t know what else to say (it was that good). My wife really enjoyed her latte as well. This place is affiliated and/or is a sister cafe to the Flying Horse at the Magnolia Hotel. The atmosphere inside the Exchange is nice. This was my first time visiting Dallas and it left such a great impression that I won’t ever forget it. Lots of seating inside and the layout is perfect.

I ordered a black coffee. The coffee is absolutely horrendous. You’d be better off with gas station truck stop coffee.

Coffee is horrendous. They have avocado toast and that’s pretty much it.

Got the bacon egg and cheese “burrito” but it’s the size of a taco for $6. Additionally, the bacon seems only warmed up. It’s not crisp at all which makes me wonder if it’s cooked properly. I thought I got the wrong order at first, but nope. Just raw looking bacon.
I couldn’t finish it and what I did taste was bland. Don’t waste your time.

Purchased a pineapple coconut smoothie and it tasted like gross plain yogurt, nasty. Pineapple and coconut are very bold tropical flavors that should be very pronounced. I didn't even want to deal with an attitude from the gal that made it so I won't be going there again.

Ordered four different waffles and lattes. The sign says “gourmet waffles,” but everything looked and tasted prepackaged. Even the fruit toppings were frozen, mushy, and far from fresh. There was nothing gourmet about it. The lattes were terrible too. Spent $70 and left completely disappointed. I don’t recommend this place for coffee or waffles.
Impressed with this new find! All of us enjoyed perfectly made fresh yet rich coffee! 10/10!

I had the most amazing coffee experience here! My drink was rich, creamy, and made exactly how I love it. And their sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and so satisfying.
