Uncle Julio's Keller Springs

This location is always a sure bet for food . They consistently deliver. The chicken fajitas perfectly cooked never dry. Our waitress Sheila went over board in welcoming us even fix our patio slightly off balance table to her congenial smile. The only down side is their margarita prices versus others . Their value is a bit high.
My partners food equally embarrasses ! Flavor , amount, seasoning was a great value . Her carnitas is reason we come back.
Can’t say enough good things of Shelby and the staff . Bon appetite !

Great lunch here today during the winter ice storm. We had cabin fever and walked to Uncle Julio’s. Great food, great margaritas and terrific service from Gabriella. Kudos to Gabby!!

The restaurant itself looks good but the foods and service were really under par. My hot water mug was delivered with a large lip stick stains. The waitress was busy, so I let it go, yet she chose to take her sweet time to sweep the floor after the big group left rather than serving our 4-person table first after we had been waiting for her attention for a long time. The beef in my Guadalajara plate ($35 plate) was tough (likely due to the waitress delaying in sending our foods to our table), the enchilada was too salty. It is Monday night with a 7:15 pm reservation/arrival, but we didn’t get our water until 7:34, our foods after 8:30, and our check came super slowly as well. This was my first time at Uncle Julio’s. It was a very disappointing experience. FYI - prior to this, I had only written very few reviews in 36 years of living in Dallas. I have to write this because a 4.1 stars restaurant should have done a much better job in staffing, foods, and cleaning their mugs.

Came to celebrate my birthday, the attendant told us to have a seat in the bar area. After we sat down she came over and told us we would have to wait 30 minutes for the waiters to catch up because they didn't want to give us bad service. So we had to get up and go wait. That alone was bad service.

The service is amazing and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is great and makes the place feel welcoming. The only downside is the food, which can sometimes be too salty and served cold. Overall, it’s a nice place, but the food could be improved.

Incredibly slow service (drinks took forever). My soup was lukewarm, and the experience was capped off when I returned my main meal untouched, yet no one—not the server, not a manager—bothered to follow up or ask what was wrong. A complete lack of attention and poor quality food. Very disappointed.
