Uncle Julio's Keller Springs

Came to celebrate my birthday, the attendant told us to have a seat in the bar area. After we sat down she came over and told us we would have to wait 30 minutes for the waiters to catch up because they didn't want to give us bad service. So we had to get up and go wait. That alone was bad service.

The service is amazing and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is great and makes the place feel welcoming. The only downside is the food, which can sometimes be too salty and served cold. Overall, it’s a nice place, but the food could be improved.

Incredibly slow service (drinks took forever). My soup was lukewarm, and the experience was capped off when I returned my main meal untouched, yet no one—not the server, not a manager—bothered to follow up or ask what was wrong. A complete lack of attention and poor quality food. Very disappointed.

Margaritas were good, drinks a little slow getting out. Issue with the bill but that was resolved.

You should just turn this into a self service restaurant.Because it pretty well is that to begin with.

Chips served to us were stale and tasted bitter. For a fine dining restaurant the standards are below sub standard. Won't be going again.

Juana is an awful server.

Immediate introduction was her spilling salsa onto my table and leaving it there, our drink was ordered late, food arrived cold, she didn’t check up on us, forgot our food, got us the wrong tortillas, and when we requested to-go boxes & the check, no inquiry. No care. I would never recommend this place as there is no service, the food is expensive, and tastes subpar at best.

Good fajitas, but this restaurant has always been too expensive for the taste of its food. On this visit, the prices had been raised but we're not changed on the menus. The server charged the unprinted prices we'd not seen. When we questioned her, she was defensive and also refused to get the manager. She changed the bill to be what the menu prices were but acted like she was doing the table a favor. Poor work.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at any Uncle Julio’s. Jack W. is an amazing manager and his service is Chef’s Kiss. I had the honey-glazed salmon and it was extremely favorable. Thank you Jack for your wonderful customer service and explaining how those dishes were prepared. I will definitely be back!!!😊

Tried bc we are trying different places and Food was bleh… rice was gross and dry.. I ordered the quesa-biria appetizer and it was a good portion but was okay. My son ordered a kids bean cheese burrito and the size was ridiculously small, he’s 8 and looked at me like it was crazy … it was the size of one chicken strip. Wish I would have taken a picture. Great portions for the chicken strips 3 with 2sides. Just wasn’t impressed for paying $120 for the meal. Not the termed I am use to. The fajitas smelt delicious but it’s probably hard to mess that up and they were over priced for the portion I saw. The only thing good was the amazing customer service. They were over worked but still great.

Great Tex mex style restaurant with awesome service. We had lunch here. Chips and salsa were really good, I had chicken fajitas as well which had plenty of chicken and veggies.
