I can't believe this cupcake is vegan and gluten-free! So moist and delicious. Pleasantly surprised to find a number of vegan cupcakes to choose from - from strawberry to churro to chocolate. The woman working the front counter made sure to ask about any additional dietary restrictions, which I appreciated! Very satisfying for my sweet craving.

My husband called an order ahead for pizza. They made him pay ahead for the pizza (no other locations do this), and when they gave him the time, he arrived and the pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. He had to remind them to put it in the oven after he was already there for 15 MINUTES. He didn't even ask for a refund, he just told him to throw it away because his lunch break was over. The other locations are great, but this one is ran by very inconsiderate employees. Will never patronize this location again.

the cakes we have had from here have actually been pretty good. however....$40 for cinnamon rolls with *no icing* is UNHINGED. they are good but incomplete, and frankly, massively disappointing.

I just ordered a bunch of keto stuff and the cupcakes stuck to the wrapper so it ripped off like almost the entire bottom half of the cupcakes and the cupcake themselves tasted absolutely disgusting besides the lemon one that one was good. The cookies are hard as a rock very very small and taste Absolutely disgusting. I will never come back to this place.

Ordered large 1/2 sheet double EGGLESS cake for my friends birthday; chocolate base was too dry, cream icing in middle was minimal, vanilla icing suggested for decoration (golf theme) was ok but extra cost; friends who consume eggless cakes regularly found this cake too dry (frozen not thawed enough?) and overall taste poor. so disappointed especially as a gift; Will not order again or recommend
Totally amazing experience! The vegan choices so delicious! This little gem is worth the ride! Had to indulge in the triple chocolate cookie dough! So satisfying!

Absolutely love Unrefined! I frequent all the Dallas locations and they always have consistently delicious products! Even my husband who can eat gluten enjoys their baked goods. I highly recommend their normal cupcakes, whoopie cookies, cakes, and breads.
I’m not a huge fan of their vegan cakes because they have a strange after taste. With all that being said, my vegan family did enjoy the cake.

Our daughter ordered a gluten free wedding cake to go with her regular wedding cake so that gluten free guests could enjoy some dessert. The staff was wonderful in helping us to determine the size, and the decorator did an amazing job in replicating the design we had chosen. We will definitely return!

I've been to this bakery three times and love the cupcakes! I had to taste test it before buying it for my dad in Houston. I bought a dozen cupcakes on Fri to drive down to Houston on Sat. He said it was the BEST gluten free cupcakes he had ever had!! It was moist and not too sweet. I bought vanilla, chocolate, and carrot cake cupcakes. Definitely coming back for more!

The treats are amazing here especially the trail mix and rusks! Have been going to unrefined since it opened up in lakehighlands and was so happy when one opened up over in richardson! I was served by Anna who had excellent customer service and went out of her way to make us an amazing custom green tea! Between the kind staff and amazing treats I will be back soon!
