I was given the gift of a chocolate cake alongwith two "whoopie" pies. Both were absolutely horrible. Totally tasteless except for a terrible cardboard aftertaste. I had to ask how much was spent as after one bite of the cake, and one bite of the other, I had to throw it away. A total of $87 spent and wasted on whatever these ingredients were? I feel robbed actually of something I was looking forward to alongwith the money spent on this mess. I hope people save their hard earned money by not eating such things!

The people who work here are so friendly and helpful! Everything here is gluten free and so many things are also dairy free! They also have low carb/keto options that are dairy free and delicious! I'm obsessed with this place. We've tried muffins, pies, coffeecakes, brownies, cupcakes, breads... everything is wonderful and worth the price.

The cake was beautiful, but it was regrettably gross. I ordered a vegan vanilla lemon cake for my mother's birthday, and we were all disappointed. We had chunks of baking soda with the few mouthfuls taken. Much like cardboard in taste and texture, it tasted grainy, stiff and strangely dry.I was shocked of the quality given how pricey it was. I never had a cake I didn't finish, I have a big sweet tooth and I can't say I'm terribly picky. I've had my fair share of failed homemade baked goods but they still tasted like food.I so badly wanted to like the cake, but the awkward silence that followed our collective first bite spoke more than any words could. I was mortified and embarrassed having failed to deliver a decent cake for my mom on her very special day. She deserves better than this.I am now sitting amongst my siblings as they have given up their slices for equally disparaging complaints and jokes.Despite the quality of cake, customer service was top teir and friendly!

Always a pleasure to visit! I have enjoyed everything I’ve tried. My favorites are the zucchini bread and the pizza. Excellent cookies and cupcakes too. I served their cupcakes at my wedding reception ❤️.
We went to 2 different locations, because we wanted to sit down and eat. First place: very friendly and helpful giving us directions to the only one where we could sit.My daughter is allergic to gluten. She found out about these bakeries and I took her there for her birthday. The sandwiches and winterberry pie was awesome! Also bought some cupcakes to to bring home as well.They were delicious as well. I know that my daughter will be back!!Dietary restrictions: Daughter is allergic to strawberries and eggs.They were very conscientious in asking what all she was allergic to and directing her to all that was available for her.

Texture and moistness of the cupcakes is great. Flavor, however, is where they're lacking. The base seems to be a simple vanilla or chocolate cupcake with light flavor. The icing is where all the flavor is but there is only a small flat dollop of icing, that doesn't even cover the entire cupcake. So the vanilla strawberry had barely any flavor except in the icing, but you couldn't get a bite of icing with each bite of cupcake.

The cake and cupcakes are not good. Not sure if they used too much flour or not enough wet ingredients or they tried to use the gluten free bread flour to make cake but it was dry and hard. The consistency was like the dough from my easy bake oven and it tasted like something from an easy bake oven. I was highly disappointed since I paid $80 for the birthday cake I pre-ordered for my girlfriend's birthday and we couldn't even eat the cake because it was inedible. It tasted like uncooked dough and it didn't taste like vanilla cake. The frosting was OK and it looked nice but once you cut it, it looked like a display cake that wasn't meant for consumption. I spoke to my coworker whom also bought a cake from here and they had a similar experience with their cake. Not sure how this place is highly rated on Google but maybe their good reviews are bought?!

Awful experience and will not be going back. They wrote the incorrect writing on my birthday cake. When the cake was being picked up, not only was the wrong writing on it but there was a word that was not spelled correctly. They did not have an artist in shop but tried to fix it and made it worse. I had to wipe off all the lettering when I got home and spend 2 hours using my circuit to fix the writing on the top of the cake. When we called to get a resolution, the same guy who took the order and messed it up was not helpful. He was condescending and never once apologized regarding the error. His resolution was that we had to drive from Dallas to Richardson to get a $20 GIFT CARD. What a joke. Also, the cake did not taste right. I have ordered bday cakes from here every year and I will not continue after this horrible service. I would love for an actual manager to reach out to me for a proper resolution.
